ARB-PMCF is a multicenter, observational study of the safety and performance of Abbott annuloplasty devices used in surgical repair of mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation. The devices included in this study are the SJM™ Rigid Saddle Ring and SJM Séguin Annuloplasty Ring, indicated for mitral valve repair, and the SJM Tailor™ Annuloplasty Ring and SJM Tailor Annuloplasty Band, indicated for mitral or tricuspid repair. Participants will be enrolled prior to undergoing mitral or tricuspid valve repair surgery including an Abbott annuloplasty implant and will complete annual follow-up visits through five years from implant. This is a phase-III multi-center double-blind randomized clinical trial of 1,800 individuals with a history of prior preterm birth at less than 35 weeks gestation who are randomized to either 162 mg aspirin or 81 mg aspirin daily. The study drug will be initiated between 10 and 15 weeks gestation and continued through 36 weeks, 6 days gestation. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of mezigdomide (CC-92480), bortezomib and dexamethasone (MeziVd) versus pomalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone (PVd) in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who received between 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy and who have had prior lenalidomide exposure. Many patients with acute ischemic stroke are ineligible for currently available standard treatments (clot-busting medication, also known as intravenous thrombolytic or mechanical removal of a clot), and many are non-responders, resulting in a low rate of excellent outcomes, which necessitates the development of novel therapies. In this study, investigators are testing a new treatment in which a weak electrical current will be applied via scalp electrodes to increase collateral blood flow to the brain and rescue the brain tissue at risk of injury. This is a first-in-human, multicenter, Phase 1/1b, 3-part, double-blind study of ZH9 in patients with recurrent NMIBC who are eligible for intravesical therapy. In Part 1, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in a single ascending dose (SAD) patient cohort. In Part 2, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 oral prime followed by ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in 2 patient cohorts at the doses and schedule established in Part 1. In Part 3, the safety, pharmacology, and clinical efficacy of ZH9 will be further evaluated in 2 expansion cohorts of patients with recurrent intermediate- and high-risk NMIBC. Read Less

This phase II/III trial compares the addition of radiation therapy to the usual treatment (immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy) versus (vs.) usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) whose tumor is also negative for a molecular marker called PD-L1. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The addition of radiation therapy to usual treatment may stop the cancer from growing and increase the life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who are PD-L1 negative. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the incidence rate and severity of prespecified mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV)-related ocular treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and assess prophylaxis strategies in all participants (symptomatic and asymptomatic) undergoing prospective ophthalmic evaluation with recurrent ovarian cancer (participants with either platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer \[PSOC\] or platinum-resistant ovarian cancer \[PROC\]) with high folate receptor alpha (FRα) expression. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine change in disease symptoms of etentamig compared to standard available therapies in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 2 Arms; Arm A and Arm B. In Arm A, participants will receive etentamig as a monotherapy. In Arm B, participants will receive the standard available therapy (SAT) identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable. Around 380 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 140 sites across the world. In Arm A participants will receive etentamig as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles, during the 3.5 year study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the SAT identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable, during the 3.5 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
