The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of belzutifan in combination with pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in multiple solid tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancer (BTC), endometrial cancer (EC),and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). TipTraQ Home Sleep Test Validation Study

A validation study has been designed to assess the performance of a home sleep test device, TipTraQ, for screening sleep apnea. The study involves participants wearing the TipTraQ device on their fingertip during a traditional sleep test, known as polysomnography (PSG), conducted in a sleep center. The performance of the device will then be evaluated by comparing the results from the TipTraQ system with those from the traditional sleep test.

A Study of Camizestrant in ER+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer After at Least 2 Years of Standard Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy

This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years.
