The Sponsor is developing KB707, a replication-defective, non-integrating herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-derived vector that is designed to stimulate an anti-tumor immune response through the production of cytokines delivered to the airways of people with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs via nebulization. This Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, or refused standard of care therapy, as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Keytruda, with or without chemotherapy, to subjects with advanced NSCLC. The study will include a dose escalation portion for single agent KB707 using a standard 3+3 design followed by a dose expansion portion to further evaluate single agent KB707 at a dose determined by preliminary data in the dose escalation phase. Subjects in the dose escalation (Cohorts 1 and 2) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive KB707 via nebulization weekly for three weeks, then every three weeks. The dose escalation portion of the study has now closed, and the Cohort 2 dose was selected for evaluation in dose expansion. Dose expansion Cohorts 5 and 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Subjects in Cohorts 5 and 6 will receive inhaled KB707 per treatment day once every 2 weeks (q2w), delivered in combination with Keytruda (once every 6 weeks). This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the iovera° system in subjects with upper extremity spasticity. A total of approximately 132 subjects will be enrolled; 88 subjects will receive treatment with the iovera° system and 44 subjects will receive sham treatment (sham iovera° system treatment). The investigators are interested in learning more about how the role of mothers' emotions has on the transmission of suicide risk to children. Eligible participants will be invited to participate in a baseline assessment, and 4 follow-up assessments in the next year. This research study is a randomized control trial. Participants that choose to enroll are randomly assigned, that is by chance (like by flipping a coin) to receive DBT Skills Training or treatment as usual (TAU). This is a prospective, observational, multi-center longitudinal cohort study to describe the real-world effectiveness, safety and treatment usage of efanesoctocog alfa in patients with hemophilia A treated per standard of care in the US and Japan. Patients will be enrolled in the study after the introduction of efanesoctocog alfa in the hemophilia treatment landscape in each study country. Decision to initiate treatment with commercially available efanesoctocog alfa will be made by the treating physician independently from the decision to include patients in the study. No study medication is provided. The data related to efanesoctocog alfa effectiveness, safety and usage will be collected prospectively during routine visits (expected annual/semi-annual visits) for up to 5 years following enrollment /treatment initiation. This study aims to evaluate if a 6-month course of pancrelipase (CREON) treatment improves symptoms of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) after an attack of acute pancreatitis. Diagnosis of EPI is measured by a fecal elastase value of \<200, and patients must have a qualifying symptom burden based on the EPI symptom tracker survey. The Women's HARP study is a multi-center study focusing on women with clinical presentation of myocardial infarction (MI). Women will complete stress questionnaires following presentation to the medical center with elevated cardiac enzymes and abnormal electrocardiograms (ECGs). 2 months following MI, participants will be screened for the Stress Ancillary Study and enrolled if an elevated level of perceived stress is reported. This study is trying to find the right dose of a long-lasting medicine called GSK5784283 for people with asthma that remains uncontrolled even though they are using regular asthma treatments. GSK5784283 blocks the action of an inflammatory protein called TSLP that may be contributing to your asthma. The study will be conducted in two parts - Part A (dose finding phase) and Part B (extended dosing phase). Part A will assess the lung function, asthma control, participant safety and certain markers of asthma inflammation in the air you breath out and in your blood.
