The investigators' preclinical data have demonstrated the feasibility of fluorescence-guided tumor resection by Cancer Vision Goggles (CVG) with LS301 in animal models. In this study, the investigators will conduct intraoperative imaging procedures that have minimal interference with ongoing surgery. The underlying hypothesis is that the accurate detection of all cancer cells highlighted by LS301 during surgery will reduce the number of breast cancer patients with margin positivity to less than 5%, compared to the current surgical paradigm of greater than 20%. The pilot study will obtain critical data required to address the larger question of surgical margin assessment in a full Phase I clinical trial. Open label first-in-human study of TH1902 in solid cancer, with 4 sequential parts: Part 1 (dose escalation): patients with recurrent advanced solid tumors (all comers) that have relapsed or are refractory to standard chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and for which no known effective therapies exist. Part 2 (expansion): selected patient populations with recurrent advanced TNBC, HR+ breast cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cutaneous melanoma, thyroid cancer, SCLC, prostate cancer and other cancers known to express SORT1 that are refractory to standard therapy. Part 3 (optimization): patients diagnosed with histologically or cytologically confirmed high grade serous ovarian cancer, including high grade peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer, or high grade endometrioid cancer, that is refractory or resistant to standard therapies, should not be considered platinum sensitive, and where current therapy is not considered to be providing benefit. This study is a single-center registry study collecting clinical data regarding the treatment of PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer treated with PSMA radionuclide therapy per the treating physician's discretion. Clinical data from candidates for or who undergo the PSMA procedure at Methodist Dallas Medical Center from August 2022 to August 2027 will be collected after discharge and patients will undergo clinical follow-up per the treating physician's discretion. This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) at 150 kHz to the thorax using the NovoTTF-200T System with IV pembrolizumab in subjects previously untreated for advanced or metastatic, PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective is to evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) by RECIST 1.1 in subjects with TPS ≥1 percent, 1L metastatic/current advanced NSCLC treated with TTFields concomitant with pembrolizumab compared to those treated with pembrolizumab alone. The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays. The goal of this exploratory study is understand the mechanisms of response to immunotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer patients. The investigators are going to search for correlation between specific biological features and response to immunotherapy, and to use those associations for developing an algorithm enabling to identify patients that could benefit from the immune check inhibitor based anti cancer treatment.
