This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial studies the effect of AMG 510 in treating non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has come back (recurrent) and has a specific mutation in the KRAS gene, known as KRAS G12C. eRapa (encapsulated rapamycin) will be investigated for secondary prevention in patients with diagnosed non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) through a phase II double-blind randomized controlled trial of long-term (one year) prevention with eRapa versus placebo. The primary hypothesis is that eRapa decreases the risk of cancer relapse for patients with NMIBC. Secondary hypotheses are that eRapa can improve certain immune parameters and improve cognition and physical function without adversely affecting patient-reported outcomes and quality of life. The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to assess clinical and quality of life measures as well as to define the severity of adverse effects for the use of the RefleXion system to deliver intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), in standard of care (SOC) use in the treatment of local,loco-regionally advanced, and oligometastatic malignancies. 1.1. Primary Objectives To determine if MRI DWIBS can accurately identify suspicious lesions previously categorized on mammography and sonography as potentially malignant. We will also validate whether DWIBS-MRI ADC values can be used to accurately differentiate benign from malignant lesions. Additionally, because it is not known whether tumor type or growth rate (Ki67 values) will affect our results, we will include these parameters in our analysis. Once we validate the use of DWIBS-MRI ADC values to determine malignancy, can we establish an ADC threshold value to decrease the number of false positive biopsies that are performed while still maintaining a zero false negative rate? This study will also assess the correlation between ADC values and the Ki-67 proliferative index of malignant lesions. Read Less
