The goal of this pilot study is to assess the ability of a new imaging modality, shear-wave-elastography (SWE) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to identify radiation-induced uterine injury (RIUI). The purpose of this initiative is to improve care and outcomes for infants with HLHS by expanding the NPC-QIC national registry to gather clinical care process, outcome, and developmental data on infants with HLHS between diagnosis and 12 months of age, by improving the use of standards into everyday practice across pediatric cardiology centers, and by engaging parents as partners in the process. This clinical trial will evaluate 4 different strategies of chemotherapy schedules in newly diagnosed participants with metastatic Fusion Positive (alveolar) Rhabdomyosarcoma. This is an observational study to monitor female participants exposed to UPLIZNA during pregnancy. This study requires voluntary reporting of pregnancies in female participants with NMOSD exposed to UPLIZNA during pregnancy or within 6 months preceding conception. Pregnancy-related data, potential confounding factors and information related to pregnancy outcome will be collected. This is a randomized, controlled, multicenter, open-label Phase 3 clinical study comparing VO in combination with nivolumab versus Physician's Choice treatment for patients with unresectable Stage IIIb-IV cutaneous melanoma whose disease progressed on an anti PD-1 and an anti-CTLA-4 containing regimen (administered either as a combination regimen or in sequence) or who are not candidates for treatment with an anti-CTLA-4 therapy. Approximately 150 patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) associated with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF) will be randomized at up to 40 sites. The purpose of this study is to determine if doxycycline will reduce progression of emphysema in people living with HIV. The secondary objectives are to examine the effects of doxycycline on change in quantity of emphysema, six minute walk distance, patient reported outcomes, ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second and forced vital capacity. Secondary objectives will also describe the safety and tolerability of doxycycline and determine if doxycycline is associated with development of antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. Read Less

Crohn's Disease (CD) is a gastrointestinal disease that can cause chronic diarrhea with or without gross bleeding, abdominal pain, weight loss, and fever. This study will assess the pharmacokinetics, efficacy, and safety of risankizumab in pediatric participants with moderately to severely active CD aged 2 to \< 18 years old who have had intolerance or inadequate response to other therapies. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and CD and is being developed for the treatment of CD in pediatrics. This study is comprised of 3 cohorts that may participate in 3 substudies (SS). Cohort 1 will enroll participants with ages from 6 to less than 18 years. Cohort 2 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 6 years. Cohort 3 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 18 years. SS1 is an open-label induction period where participants will receive a weight-based induction regimen of risankizumab. SS2 is a double-blind maintenance period where participants will be randomized to receive 1 of 2 doses of weight-based induction regimen of risankizumab. SS3 is an open-label extension period where participants will receive risankizumab based off of their response in SS2. Around 110 pediatric participants with CD will be enrolled at around 100 sites worldwide. Participants in SS1 will receive risankizumab intravenously during the 12-week induction period. Participants in SS2 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 52-week randomized maintenance period. Participants in SS3 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 208-week open label period. Participants will be followed-up for approximately 140 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
