This is a multi-center, prospective, non-interventional study that focuses on the long- term effects following participation in selected ITN new-onset Type1 Diabetes Mellitus studies with immunomodulatory agents (T1DM, T1D). This observational study will: * follow participants to determine how long they continue to produce insulin, and * will also assess how changes in the immune system over time relate to the ability to produce insulin. Fetal complete (i.e., third degree, 3°) atrioventricular block (AVB), identified in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy in an otherwise normally developing heart, is almost universally associated with maternal anti-Ro autoantibodies and results in death in a fifth of cases. To date treatment of 3° AVB has been ineffective in restoring normal rhythm (NR) which may be because current surveillance is limited to once- weekly fetal echocardiograms. It is hypothesized that there may be a vital transition period of several hours in which incomplete block (2° AVB) may be successfully treated avoiding fully advanced irreversible 3° AVB. To optimize the likelihood of timely detection of the transition period this study comprises three steps: 1) to risk stratify for high titer anti-Ro antibodies, which are necessary but not sufficient to develop fetal AVB; 2) to empower mothers to identify 2° AVB by using fetal heart rate and rhythm monitoring (FHRM) at home, and 3) to rapidly treat mothers who detect an abnormality by monitoring with an urgent echocardiogram that confirms 2° AVB with the hope of reversing 2° AVB before it becomes permanent (3° AVB). In addition, it will be determined if FHRM reduces the need for weekly echoes. Although mothers with low titer anti-Ro will not be continued in Step 2 and therefore not followed by FHRM, birth ECGs will be collected to confirm that low titer antibodies do not confer risk. ME\&MG is a standalone software (digital solution) running on patients smartphones, connected to a web portal for physicians. It is intended to be used as an unsupervised digital self-assessment tool for the monitoring of disabilities in patients living with MG. ME\&MG contains digital active tests for the assessment of ptosis, breathing, dysarthria, upper- and lower-limb (arms and legs) weakness, treatment follow-up, and validated e-questionnaires related to daily activities, pain, fatigue, sleep, and depression disorders. The objectives of this study are to validate the accuracy, reliability and reproducibility of the unsupervised at-home self-assessment of symptoms on the patient's smartphone with ME\&MG versus the standard in-clinic testing, as well as to evaluate the safety of the solution, its usability and satisfaction. The goal of this clinical trial is to develop and test an adaptive physical activity (PA) maintenance intervention for cancer survivors, after participating in a community-based exercise oncology program. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Aim 1: Examine the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention among cancer survivors and community partners. The researchers will utilize quantitative surveys, focus groups, and semi-structured interviews to collect information about feasibility, implementation, adaptation, and sustainability. * Aim 2: Examine the effects of the intervention among cancer survivors. The researchers will compare the proportion of participants achieving the exercise guidelines for cancer survivors six-months following completion of the initial exercise program. Participants will participate in a community-based exercise oncology program and then return to three months of free living. Based on the PA measured at the three-month follow-up, participants will be categorized as a "Responder" or "Incomplete Responder", and then randomized to the PA maintenance intervention. Researchers will compare those that are classified as Responders (meeting exercise guidelines for cancer survivors) and Incomplete Responders (not meeting guidelines for cancer survivors) to see what level of intervention is needed to influence sustainable behavior change in this population. In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC) UNIFIED Natural History Study (UNIFAI). The FA-GCC is a group of study research centers that helps provide clinical care for FA patients and also helps researchers learn more about how FA affects patients over a long time. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA from UNIFAI. Some of the participants in this study will be prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. Some of the participants will have started taking BIIB141 after joining UNIFAI, but less than 12 months before joining this study. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. * How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants who had never started BIIB141 treatment before must start it within 6 months. Otherwise, all participants will take BIIB141 throughout this study as prescribed by their own doctor. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years. The central hypothesis of ROMA:Women is that the use of multiple arterial grafting (MAG) will improve clinical outcomes and quality of life (QOL) compared to single arterial grfating (SAG). The specific aims of ROMA:Women are: Aim 1: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events in women undergoing coronary artery bypass grfating (CABG). The investigators will compare major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (death, stroke, non-procedural myocardial infarction, repeat revascularization, and hospital readmission for acute coronary syndrome or heart failure) in a cohort of 2,000 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (690 from the parent ROMA trial + 1,310 from ROMA:Women). Differences by important clinical and surgical subgroups (patients younger or older than 70 years, diabetics, racial and ethnic minorities, on vs off pump CABG, type of arterial grafts used) will also be evaluated. The women enrolled in the ongoing ROMA trial (anticipated to be approximately 690) will be included in ROMA:Women, increasing efficiency and reducing enrollment time. Hypothesis 1.0. MAG will reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events. Hypothesis 1.1. The improvement with MAG will be consistent across key subgroups. Aim 2: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on generic and disease-specific QOL, physical and mental health symptoms in women undergoing CABG. The investigators will compare generic (SF-12, EQ-5D) and disease-specific (Seattle Angina Questionnaire) QOL and physical and mental health symptoms (PROMIS-29) in a sub-cohort of 500 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (including those enrolled in ROMA:QOL). Differences by important subgroups (as defined above) will also be evaluated. Hypothesis 2.0. MAG will improve generic and disease-specific QOL compared to SAG. Hypothesis 2.1. This clinical trial is designed to test whether a single image-guided intracerebral administration of inhibitory nerve cells, called interneurons (NRTX-1001), into subjects with drug-resistant unilateral mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE), with or without mesial temporal sclerosis (MTS), is safe (frequency of adverse events) and effective (seizure frequency). Transmasculine youth (female sex assigned at birth, male gender identity) who begin clinical gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) with testosterone (T) may experience changes in headache. Researchers think this because studies published on effects of giving testosterone to cisgender females (female sex, female gender identity) and transmasculine adults seem to show an effect on pain. This research will help us learn more about changes in headache and in brain structure and function in transmasculine youth during the first two years of T. Youth who will be starting T within 6 months, either on puberty blocker or not, as part of their regular medical care can participate and will be asked to attend 4 visits: * before starting T * after 6 months on T * after 1 year on T * after 2 years on T At the visits, they will be asked to: * answer questions and surveys about their health * have a brain MRI done * give a small sample of blood and at their first visit, complete a physical exam. Some participants can also do a brief test of pain sensitivity. All participants will be asked to complete a headache diary for the first 6 months, for 1 month after the 1 year visit, and for 1 month after the 2 year visit. Read Less
