The purpose of this study is to test the performance of the AID-P across 21 sites in the Parkinson Study Group. Each site will perform imaging, clinical scales, diagnosis, and will upload the data to the web-based software tool. Barriers including patient engagement continue to limit effectiveness. Golf requires skills found challenging to individuals with movement disorders. This study seeks to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of an outpatient-based rehabilitation program incorporating golf skills and activities on functional measures and quality of life.
