This phase I/II trial evaluates the best dose, side effects and possible benefit of CBL0137 in treating patients with solid tumors, including central nervous system (CNS) tumors or lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Drugs, such as CBL0137, block signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell. To demonstrate the potential benefits and risk of active sub-threshold stimulation in the treatment of chronic knee pain as compared to subjects that did not have active stimulation. Improvement will be assessed in relation to the clinical outcome measures of pain, with primary endpoint; Pain relief rate as measured by the number of subjects with greater or equal to a 50% decrease in pain on the visual analog scale, comparing baseline to the 1-month follow-up.

The Generic Database (GDB) is a registry of very low birth weight infants born alive in NICHD Neonatal Research Network (NRN) centers. The GDB collects observational baseline data on both mothers and infants, and the therapies used and outcomes of the infants. The information collected is not specific to a disease or treatment (i.e., it is "generic"). Data are analyzed to find associations and trends between baseline information, treatments, and infant outcome, and to develop future NRN trials.
