This study is being done to answer the question: what is the effect of Vagal Nerve Stimulation (VNS) dosing on opioid withdrawal responses in individuals with a history of Opioid Use Disorders (OUDs)? Eligible participants will be in the study for one week in an inpatient research hospital stay, have an MRI scan, and have a follow-up call 1-3 months after their inpatient stay. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effect of the study drug (ZT-01) on low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) in adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who have been having low blood sugars ("hypos") at night. ZT-01 increases the amount of a hormone called glucagon during low blood sugar, and this may help prevent the occurrence of hypos. The main questions this trial aims to answer are whether ZT-01 lowers the number of hypos happening at night, and what its effects are on blood sugar levels. The safety of ZT-01 will also be measured. Participants will be asked to wear a study-provided continuous glucose monitor (CGM) during two 4-week periods when they will self-inject the study drug before bed. They will get ZT-01 at one of three dose levels during one period, and placebo (which looks like the study drug but doesn't contain the active ingredient) during the other. Neither the participant nor the study site will know what they are receiving during each treatment period or see data from the CGM. The participant will continue to use their usual methods of measuring blood sugar (including their personal CGM) and giving insulin during the study. The participant will be asked to complete a short diary each evening, and will be asked to upload the CGM data to a study phone every day. If a participant uses their own CGM and is willing to share information on how often they have low blood sugar with the study site at the first visit to see if they meet study entry requirements, they will have 6 study visits, 2 study phone calls, and be in the study for about 16 weeks. If they don't use CGM or don't want to share their information, then they will be asked to wear a study CGM for an extra 4 weeks to find out how many low blood sugars they have, and will have an extra visit. Study participants will be asked to give blood and urine for testing to see whether they meet the requirements to enter the study, and at the start and end of each treatment period to see if the study treatment has any effects. They will also have their blood pressure and temperature taken at each study visit, and have an ECG at 4 visits to measure the electrical activity of their heart. Some participants will be asked to also take part in a sub-study where their blood level of ZT-01 and glucagon is measured, after the first and last dose. The primary objectives of this study are to assess: (1) whether the combination of BP1001 plus venetoclax plus decitabine provides greater efficacy (Complete Remission \[CR\], Complete Remission with incomplete hematologic recovery \[CRi\], Complete Remission with partial hematologic recovery \[CRh\], than venetoclax plus decitabine alone (by historical comparison) in participants with untreated AML that cannot or elect not to be treated with more intensive chemotherapy; (2) whether BP1001-based treatment provides greater efficacy (CR, CRi, CRh) than intensive chemotherapy (by historical comparison) in participants with refractory/relapsed AML. This phase I/Ib trial seeks to find out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of cabozantinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin in treating urothelial cancer that has spread to nearby tissues and lymph nodes (locally advanced) or other parts of the body (metastatic). Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Enfortumab attaches to nectin-4 tumor cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Cabozantinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin may be safe and effective in treating locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer. Read Less

The overall purpose of this pilot study is to assess the feasibility and acceptability of an in-person faith-based intervention to help people stop tobacco use. The study will address use of different types of tobacco products, such as smoking combustible cigarettes, cigarillos and little filtered cigars, and using/vaping electronic nicotine delivery systems (vape pens, e-cigs, and JUUL). The intervention consists of 12 weekly meetings in which participants will go through BREATHE Free, a study guide curriculum designed to teach character strengths and promote resilience. This pilot research will provide information and practical lessons on how to improve Breathe Free implementation, increase engagement of the local people, and maximize their benefit. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do participants find BREATHE Free curriculum acceptable, engaging and helpful to stop tobacco use? * Do participants who complete BREATHE Free curriculum smoke fewer cigarettes per day? Researchers will assign participants to either BREATHE Free curriculum or usual care. Participants will: * Be taught BREATHE Free curriculum or be given information and referral to tobacco quit line * BREATHE Free group will attend 12 group meetings held on the university campus * All participants will answer interview questions related to tobacco use, character strengths and resilience * Expired Carbon Monoxide (CO) will be assessed in all participants.
