M1774 and ZEN-3694 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. M1774 and ZEN-3694 combined together has demonstrated to be better than either drug alone in killing ovarian tumor cells.

This phase II trial tests how well nivolumab and ipilimumab immunotherapy with or without cabozantinib works in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back (after a period of improvement) (recurrent), has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), or for which no treatment is currently available (incurable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the... Read More

The purpose of this open-label, multicenter, phase IIIb, single-arm study is to characterize the efficacy and safety of the combination of ribociclib and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) on invasive breast cancer-free survival (iBCFS), in a close to clinical practice patient population with HR-positive (HR+), HER2-negative (HER2-), Anatomic Stage Group III, IIB, and a subset of Stage IIA Early Breast Cancer (EBC).

The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered.
* How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already be... Read More
