Background: Some children/adolescents who have had a stem cell transplant live with chronic graft-versus-host-disease (cGVHD). cGVHD is a side effect of the transplant that can cause multiple bothersome symptoms and negatively affect a child/adolescent squality of daily life. The questionnaires that measure thesymptoms caused by cGVHD are designed for adults. Children/adolescents may not describe their symptoms in the same way. The goal of this research is to improve the way we measure how bothersome these symptoms are for children/adolescents living with cGVHD. Objective: To develop a questionnaire (The Pediatric cGHVD Symptom Scale) for children/adolescents living with cGVHD to identify the symptoms they are experiencing and describe how bothersome those symptoms are to them. An additional goal is to design a parent/guardian companion questionnaire that can be used to capture the symptom experiences of very young children who may not be able to complete a questionnaire. Eligibility: Children/adolescents ages 5-17 who are receiving treatment for cGVHD after a stem cell transplant, and their parent/guardian.. Design: This study consists of 2 projects. Children/adolescents with cGVHD and their parent/guardianparticipants will be grouped by the child/adolescent s age: 5-7, 8-12, and 13-17. In project 1, participants will complete an age-appropriate questionnaire about cGVHD symptoms. The questionnaire will ask about the child/adolescent s physical functioning and emotional well-being. The parent/guardian will out fill out a companion questionnaire online. The child/adolescent will then review their completed questionnaire during an interview with a researcher and will be asked whether the questions about their symptoms were difficult to understand. The parent/guardian and child/adolescent will then be interviewed together to further explore their responses to the questionnaires. Interviews will be done in person, by phone, and online. . Based on what is learned through these interviews, the wording of the questionnaire will be improved for better comprehension and ease of response. In project 2, participants will complete this revised questionnairefor their age group along with some other questionnaires that ask about quality of life. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. About 60% of children with cerebral palsy (CP) have impaired arm function. Improving arm function requires hundreds of repetitions per day, which is impossible in a single clinical visit. Thus, therapeutic exercises should be sustained in the home environment; however, the compliance in performing home exercise is low due to poor motivation, boredom, and forgetfulness. A better home program is needed. The objective of this project is to examine the effect of our developed "THRIVE" system (Therapeutic Humanoid Robot In Virtual Environment: the combination of robot with virtual reality games), which can provide a motivating and tailored upper-extremity intervention program with instant feedback, to improve arm function in children with CP at their home. The investigators believe the newly developed "THRIVE" system can increase children's engagement and motivation in home exercises as the robot is their playmate to demonstrate and correct their movements. The investigators will also interview parents and children with CP to understand their impression of using technology at home to shape the intervention. The expected outcome is that children with CP receiving "THRIVE" will improve their arm function more and have better engagement than those who receive VR alone immediately after intervention and at follow-up. The long-term goal is to have the "THRIVE" system be the optimal home exercise platform as it can provide challenging but motivating exercises to improve children's arm function while assisting parents in supervising their children with CP to complete home exercises. The goal of this observational study is to collect information on the use of the HistoSonics Edison System for the treatment of liver tumors. The main aim is to understand how different patient characteristics and procedural characteristics may affect histotripsy success at 36 hours post-histotripsy procedure. Sub-studies to the BOOMBOX: Master Study will investigate specific populations and/or clinical questions with more stringent enrollment criteria, standardized testing criteria, and/or follow-up schedule. Any participant enrolled in the BOOMBOX: Master Study that also qualifies for a sub-study may enroll in the sub-study in parallel; sub-studies will be described in separate sub-study protocols. The BOOMBOX: Master Study will collect information about participants before, during, and after the histotripsy treatment procedure. All participants will be followed per standard clinical follow-up based on each site's clinical practice for up to 5 years after the initial histotripsy procedure or until completion of their follow-up in a sub-study, whichever is longer. A prospective, open label, multi-center, single arm, observational study designed to evaluate the acute safety and device performance of the Sapphire 3 0.85, 1.0 and 1.25mm diameter coronary dilatation catheter in predilatation of Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) lesions during percutaneous coronary intervention. One hundred seventy (170) subjects will be enrolled with a target of one hundred fifty-three (153) evaluable subjects by the angiographic core laboratory at up to 15 clinical sites with the Sapphire 3 0.85, 1.0 and 1.25mm diameter PTCA dilatation catheter to pre-dilate CTO lesions in coronary arteries during their index procedure. All subjects will be screened according to the protocol inclusion and exclusion criteria and will be followed through study completion, which is defined as 24-hours post-procedure or hospital discharge, whichever comes first. The goal of this clinical trial is to test the efficacy of a mobile app, Combine, to increase the uptake of HIV and STI testing and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) over 24 months and to assess the effects of different implementation strategies on intervention maintenance among GBMSM in rural southern United States. The main aims of the study are: * To assess the relative effects of three treatment conditions on gains in engagement in HIV prevention compared to a modified standard of care control condition * Measure and assess secondary factors affecting app implementation * Refine implementation strategies and coordinate with potential funders Participants will download an HIV prevention smartphone app and be randomly assigned to one of four groups: * Control: App access only * Self-testing: App access + ability to order HIV and STI self-test kits * Motivational interview: App access + motivational interview to develop plans to use app effectively. * Self-testing + motivational interview: App access + ability to order HIV and STI self-test kits + motivational interview to develop plans to use app effectively.
