Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating RA when compared to adalimumab in adult participants with inadequate response or intolerance to one TNF-inhibitor who are on a stable dose of methotrexate (MTX). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of RA. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given adalimumab. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms randomly, to receive either upadacitinib or adalimumab. There is 1 in 2 chance that participants will receive adalimumab. Each group consists of 2 periods. Approximately 480 participants diagnosed with RA will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive the oral upadacitinib once daily and matching adalimumab placebo every other week, or the subcutaneous adalimumab every other week and matching upadacitinib placebo once daily during Period 1. Eligible participants will continue to receive same study treatment in Period 2 as assigned in Period 1 and will be followed for 30 days and 70 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. Prospective evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the MISHA Knee System. The study will collect data on the procedural and long-term adverse events, WOMAC pain and function scores, KSS satisfaction, subsequent surgical interventions, BMI levels, range of motion, UCLA activity level of the subjects, and perform radiographic/x-ray evaluations at clinical visits through 5 years post-procedure. The primary analysis of this study is freedom from device- and procedure-related SSIs at five (5) years post-implantation. This study will also assess device performance in subjects with intact and retained devices and subjects with devices removed prior to study termination and freedom from conversion to arthroplasty through 5 years. Up to 20.7% of patients report poor mental health, compared to 7.1% of the general population. Mental health treatment involves a combination of medication and talk therapy to address such issues. However, there is increasing evidence that optimizing behaviors such as sleep, physical activity, stress, and nutrition are critical components in improving mental health too. Numerous online health programs have evolved to help patients optimize such behaviors but very little exists for patients with psoriatic diseases. The "Immune Strength" 12 week program utilizes online electronic coaching (eCoaching) with weekly access to a wellness professional to provide a low-cost, high-touch, personalized intervention that patients can access 24/7. In conjunction with traditional clinical care, the goal of this program is to leverage the convenience, affordability, scalability and effectiveness of an online eCoaching program to improve key physical behaviors, thereby reducing the mental health burden experienced by psoriatic disease patients. This is a study to evaluate pharmacokinetics, safety and tolerability of upadacitinib in pediatric participants with polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis. This study consists of three parts: Part 1 is multiple-cohort study that consists of two sequential multiple dose groups. Participants benefiting from the study drug with no ongoing adverse events of special interest or serious adverse events will have option to enroll in Part 2.
