Third-Party Natural Killer Cells and Mogamulizumab for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Cutaneous T-cell Lymphomas or Adult T-Cell Leukemia/Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase I trial is to find out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of third-party natural killer cells in combination with mogamulizumab in treating patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with third-party natural killer cells, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Mogamulizumab... Read More

Testing the Addition of Lenalidomide and Nivolumab to the Usual Treatment for Primary CNS Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, best dose and effectiveness of lenalidomide when added to nivolumab and the usual drugs (rituximab and methotrexate) in patients with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. Lenalidomide may stop or slow primary CNS lymphoma by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the abil... Read More

ABBA CORD: dCBT w/ Abatacept for aGVHD Prophylaxis
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to see if adding abatacept to tacrolimus and MMF prevents or reduces the chances of acute graft versus host disease which is a complication that can occur after transplant in participants with blood cancer. The usual therapy for graft versus host disease prevention after a cord blood transplant includes tacrolimus and MMF. The main question this clinical trial aims to answer is whether or not abatacept will be safe and effective in reducing aGVHD rates in dCBT.... Read More

Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of BNT314 in Cancer Patients With Malignant Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The purpose of this first-in-human study is to find out if BNT314 is safe when it is used alone in patients with different types of cancer. This is a dose escalation study in which patients will be assigned to multiple dose levels (DLs) of BNT314 given alone. By escalating the dose with a small group of patients, the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) which is the highest dose with acceptable safety and manageable side effects, or the maximum administered dose (MAD) will be investigated.
