Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of single therapies and/or combination therapies for moderate to severe AD through multiple substudies. This study will consist of multiple sub-studies, Sub-Study 1 will have a randomized, placebo controlled period 1 followed by a lutikizumab treatment period 2 enrolling 80 participants at a 1 to 1 ratio. In Sub-Study 1, participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab or matching placebo every other week for 16 weeks followed by an additional 32 weeks of subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab every other week for a total of 52 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-291 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) NHL, including but not limited to diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and follicular lymphoma (FL). Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-291 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-291 and a dose expansion/optimization phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R NHL. Approximately 165 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide In the dose escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating Intravenously (IV) infused doses of ABBV-291, until the MAD/MTD is determined. In the dose expansion/optimization phase of the study participants receive IV infused ABBV-291, as part of the approximately 74 month study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs", when combined in this study. The study is being conducted in patients who have resectable stage II to IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be treated with surgery. The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy as peri-operative therapy in participants with NSCLC. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * How much of each study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects) * How administering the study drugs might affect quality of life Read Less

This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 in participants with advanced solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants will have cancer that cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab, also called REGN5458. Linvoseltamab has previously been studied by itself (without other cancer drugs) in participants who had advanced multiple myeloma that returned and needed to be treated again after many other therapies had failed. These participants were no longer benefiting from standard medications and had no good treatment options. In that study, some participants who were treated with linvoseltamab had improvement of their myeloma (shrinkage of their tumors), including some participants who had complete responses (that is, the treatment got rid of all evidence of myeloma in their bodies). This study is focused on participants who have multiple myeloma that has returned or needs to be treated again after one to four prior treatments and have standard cancer treatment options available to them. The aim of this study is to see how safe and effective linvoseltamab is compared to a combination of three cancer drugs: elotuzumab, pomalidomide and dexamethasone, (called EPd) in participants who have returned after having received prior treatment that included lenalidomide, a proteosome inhibitor, and (for participants in some countries) a cluster of differentiation 38 (CD38) antibody. Half of the participants in this study will get linvoseltamab, and the other half will get EPd. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How long participants benefit from receiving linvoseltamab compared with EPd * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab or EPd have improvement of their multiple myeloma and by how much * What side effects happen from taking linvoseltamab compared to EPd * How long participants live while receiving treatment or after treatment with linvoseltamab compared to EPd * If there is any improvement in pain after treatment with linvoseltamab compared to EPd Read Less
