The goal of this clinical trial is to compare treatment outcomes between an oral medication (beta agonist) versus onabotulinumtoxinA injections in women with urgency urinary incontinence (UUI). Participants will be randomly selected to receive one of the two treatments. The primary outcome measure will be at 3 months, and women will be followed for a total of 12 months. A5388 is a phase II, two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study that will enroll 48 antiretroviral therapy (ART)-naïve adults with acute HIV infection (AHI) in order to determine whether: * Administration of combination HIV-specific broadly neutralizing antibody (bNAb) therapy in addition to ART during acute HIV infection (AHI) will be safe. * Participants who receive combination bNAb therapy in addition to ART during AHI will be more likely to demonstrate a delay in time to HIV-1 RNA ≥1,000 copies/mL for 4 consecutive weeks compared to participants who receive placebo plus ART. * Participants who receive combination bNAb therapy in addition to ART during AHI will demonstrate lower viral reservoirs and enhanced HIV-specific immunity compared to participants who receive placebo plus ART. This is an observational study in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) who will be receiving finerenone. Kidneys filter extra water and waste out of the blood and make urine. CKD is a long-term, progressive, decrease in the kidneys' ability to filter the blood properly. In people with T2D, the body does not make enough of a hormone called insulin, or does not use insulin well enough, resulting in high blood sugar levels that can cause damage to the kidneys. As a result, CKD can occur as a complication of T2D. Finerenone works by blocking certain proteins, called mineralocorticoid receptors. An increased stimulation of these proteins is thought to damage the kidneys and the heart. By lowering their stimulation, finerenone reduces the risk of kidney disease progressively getting worse. Finerenone is available and approved for doctors to prescribe to people with CKD and T2D. Since it has only recently become available for these patients, there is a need for more information about the use of finerenone in the real-world setting. The main purpose of the study is to learn more about treatment patterns in people with CKD and T2D who just started or will start finerenone treatment as decided and prescribed by their doctor as part of their routine medical care. To answer this question, the researchers will collect data on: * Clinical characteristics (e.g., history of CKD and T2D, blood pressure, heart health) of the participants * Reasons for starting finerenone * Reasons for stopping finerenone early * How long participants have been taking finerenone (planned by their doctor compared to actual time it was taken) * Dosing of finerenone * Other medications used while taking finerenone The researchers will also collect data on medical problems (called adverse events) that the participants may have during the study. All adverse events are collected, even if they might not be related to the study treatment. Hyperkalemia, a medical term used to describe a potassium level in the blood that is higher than normal, is of special interest when finerenone is combined with some medications commonly taken to control blood pressure. Researchers want to know how often higher potassium levels occur, and when it leads to: * Stopping finerenone treatment too early * Dialysis (a medical procedure to filter the blood of extra water and waste) * Care in a hospital All data will come from medical records or from interviews study doctors will have with the participants during visits that take place during routine medical care. Participants in the US will be invited to provide voluntary blood and urine samples that could be analyzed later to better understand possible changes in protein or nucleic acid levels over time. Each participant will be in the study for 12 months. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). This study is being conducted to assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of sotatercept (MK-7962, formerly called ACE-011) in participants with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). This open-label, long-term follow-up (LTFU) study is supported by data from the PULSAR study (Phase 2, NCT03496207) in which treatment with sotatercept resulted in hemodynamic and functional improvements in the study participants, including those receiving maximal PAH therapy with double/triple drug combinations and intravenous prostacyclin. The primary objective of this open-label, LTFU study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of sotatercept when added to background PAH therapy in adult participants with PAH who have completed prior sotatercept studies. People with a history of Opioid Use Disorder and criminal justice involvement are more likely to experience loneliness following release from jail/prison leading to negative outcomes such as treatment dropout and increased substance use. Providing peer recovery support, particularly through a highly accessible, digital health platform, is a potential way to decrease loneliness in this population. The current study seeks to test whether a mobile peer recovery support app, delivered to individuals with a recent history of taking medication for opioid use disorder while in jail/prison, will improve outcomes for this vulnerable population.
