COVID-19 can trigger a dysregulated immune response, and previous studies have shown that immune modulation can improve outcomes in hospitalized patients. This trial is designed to determine whether intensification of immune modulation early in the course of the disease (while patients are on low flow oxygen) with abatacept (active arm) combined with standard of care (SOC) improves recovery as compared with placebo + SOC (placebo arm). For both groups, intensification of immunomodulation will be provided as part of SOC in case of signs of disease progression (patient requires high flow nasal oxygen (HFNO) or more support) and/or if the patient has rapidly increasing oxygen requirement. This study will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the mRNA-1273.214 vaccine for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variant of concerns (VOCs) in participants aged 6 months to \<6 years, when administered as a primary series in SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants (Part 1) and a single booster dose (BD) given to participants who previously received 2 doses of the mRNA-1273 vaccine as a primary series (Part 2); and will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the mRNA-1273.815 vaccine, when administered as a BD in participants aged 6 months to \<6 years (Part 3) and when administered to SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants aged 2 years to \<5 years of age (Part 4). The purpose of this study is to determine if combination treatment with cemiplimab, motixafortide, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel is effective in decreasing the size of the tumor(s), if it will prolong life in patients, and if it's safe. The treatment consists of standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which is FDA approved and is standard treatment for patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Participants will receive immunotherapy (cemiplimab) which activates the body's immune system to attack cancer cells. Cemiplimab is FDA approved for treatment of skin cancer but not for pancreas cancer. Participants will also receive Motixafortide, a new medication which has shown in the laboratory to help immunotherapy work better. Motixafortide has been tested together with immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab), and chemotherapy (5-Fluorouracil and liposomal Irinotecan) and was deemed safe to test additional patients. Motixafortide has not been tested with the specific immunotherapy (Cemiplimab) and chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which participants will receive and is being tested in this clinical trial. The investigators will conduct a fully powered randomized controlled trial (RCT) to test the effect of a patient navigation intervention for Black/African American (B/AA) men who have sex with men (MSM) on PrEP initiation, adherence and retention in care. B/AA men who have sex with men (MSM) are disproportionately impacted by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the United States. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a once daily medication, can dramatically reduce HIV acquisition risk. However, social and structural barriers have contributed to suboptimal PrEP initiation, adherence, and retention in care among B/AA MSM. Our prior NIH-funded pilot study (R34MH109371; MPI: Nunn, Chan, Mena) developed and evaluated an Intervention to Retain and Adhere MSM in PrEP (RAMP-IT-UP), a brief strengths-based patient navigation program to enhance PrEP care outcomes among young B/AA MSM. The intervention was found to be highly acceptable among B/AA MSM and demonstrated preliminary effectiveness. Compared to control participants, RAMP-IT-UP participants were statistically more likely to initiate PrEP and adhere to PrEP based on pharmacy fill data and PrEP blood levels. Additionally, RAMP-IT-UP participants were more likely to be retained in PrEP care at the 3-month and 6-month clinical visits. Specific Aim #1 of this study will conduct a fully powered randomized controlled trial (RCT to estimate the effectiveness of RAMP-IT-UP in improving PrEP adherence and care outcomes among B/AA MSM in real-world community health center settings (CHCs). Specific Aim #2 will estimate the cost-effectiveness of RAMP-IT-UP among B/AA MSM attending CHCs compared to standard of care. The investigators will also determine the cost-effectiveness of differing levels of intensity of navigation services to prevent HIV based on data collected in Specific Aim #1. Our goal is to develop a cost-effective intervention that enhances PrEP care outcomes and reduces HIV incidence for B/AA MSM which will be relevant for CHCs across the US. The long-term goal of this work is to decrease HIV incidence among B/AA MSM, which aligns with federal Ending the HIV Epidemic and National HIV/AIDS Strategy goals. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 260 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive \[HR+\]/HER2-breast cancer \[BC\]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), Platinum Resistant High Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (PROC)/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 54 sites worldwide. In the each cohorts, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, HNSCC, and PROC/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy for up to 2 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The investigators project, RESONATE, aims to investigate why some children develop obesity. To do this it uses data on eating and eating-related behaviors, genetic and environmental factors, and brain structure and function. This data is collected in a sub-sample of RESONANCE, a large study of families of children from infancy through childhood. The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effectiveness of the Serratus Anterior Plane Block in patients with rib fractures. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Determine if UG-SAPB results in an improved pain, incentive spirometry, and cough ability (PIC) score when compared to usual care over the first five hours. * Evaluate if UG-SAPB results in fewer opioid medications administered when compared to usual care over the first 24 hours. Participants will undergo the Serratus Anterior Plane. Researchers will compare this to usual care to see if this intervention improves pulmonary function and reduces opioid requirements for ED patients with rib fractures. Read Less

A treatment cycle is 28 days for Cycle 1 and Cycle 2. Tagraxofusp will be administered at 12 mcg/kg IV over 15 minutes (-5 or +15 minutes) daily for 5 consecutive days (or 5 doses over a period not to exceed 10 days if postponement is required to allow for toxicity resolution). Subjects with a marrow CR (See the protocol) after Cycle 2 will continue Tagraxofusp for Cycles 3 to 12 (up to 1 year of treatment) at 12 mcg/kg IV for 5 consecutive days every 28 days. In subjects without a marrow CR after 2 cycles of treatment, azacitidine 75 mg/m2 SQ or IV will be added on Days 1-7 every 28 days for up to 4 additional cycles of treatment. A treatment cycle is 28 days for Cycle 3 to Cycle 12. Subjects who achieve a marrow CR receiving tagraxofusp only after Cycle 4, will continue tagraxofusp at 12 mcg/kg IV for 5 consecutive days every 28 days until Cycle 12. Subjects who continue to achieve an overall response (CR, CRi, PR, MLFS, marrow CR) receiving tagraxofusp and azacitidine will continue tagraxofusp at 12 mcg/kg IV for 3 consecutive days and azacitidine 75 mg/m2 SQ or IV on Days 1-7 every 28 days until Cycle 12. Please see the protocol. Patients without an overall response to tagraxofusp + azacitidine after completion of 4 cycles of this combination will be discontinued from study treatment. Read Less
