The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. In Stage 1 of the study, participants will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. Stage 1 is complete. In Stage 2 of the study participants will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. In Stage 3 of the study participants who have received anti-inflammatory proteins, will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. Stage 3 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8, Week 12, Week 16, Week 20, Week 24 and Week 28. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants in Stage 1 and 2 will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (10 months). During this time, Stage 1 participants will have 13 visits at the study clinic, and Stage 2 participants will have 9 visits at the study clinic. PREVENTABLE is a multi-center, randomized, parallel group, placebo-controlled superiority study. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to atorvastatin 40 mg or placebo. The overall goal of this large, pragmatic, comparative effectiveness trial is to test the hypothesis that among at-risk individuals, 162 mg/day aspirin is superior to 81 mg/day in preventing Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP), and that there are multiple factors associated with adherence with aspirin therapy that will be important to identify to enable optimal implementation of study findings and population-level benefits. A treatment cycle is 28 days for Cycle 1 and Cycle 2. Tagraxofusp will be administered at 12 mcg/kg IV over 15 minutes (-5 or +15 minutes) daily for 5 consecutive days (or 5 doses over a period not to exceed 10 days if postponement is required to allow for toxicity resolution). Subjects with a marrow CR (See the protocol) after Cycle 2 will continue Tagraxofusp for Cycles 3 to 12 (up to 1 year of treatment) at 12 mcg/kg IV for 5 consecutive days every 28 days. In subjects without a marrow CR after 2 cycles of treatment, azacitidine 75 mg/m2 SQ or IV will be added on Days 1-7 every 28 days for up to 4 additional cycles of treatment. A treatment cycle is 28 days for Cycle 3 to Cycle 12. Subjects who achieve a marrow CR receiving tagraxofusp only after Cycle 4, will continue tagraxofusp at 12 mcg/kg IV for 5 consecutive days every 28 days until Cycle 12. Subjects who continue to achieve an overall response (CR, CRi, PR, MLFS, marrow CR) receiving tagraxofusp and azacitidine will continue tagraxofusp at 12 mcg/kg IV for 3 consecutive days and azacitidine 75 mg/m2 SQ or IV on Days 1-7 every 28 days until Cycle 12. This clinical trial aims to determine whether heat stress alters 24-hour breast milk production and composition following an acute bout of exercise in the heat among lactating women. The main questions are: 1. To ascertain whether heat stress alters 24-hour breast milk production following acute exercise in the heat among lactating women. We hypothesize that breast milk production will decrease to a greater extent following acute exercise in the heat compared to acute exercise with no heat stress. Lactating mothers will complete an acute exercise bout at 40% of their peak oxygen consumption (VO2peak) for 60 mins in a hot (36 °C, 40% relative humidity) and thermoneutral environment (20 °C, 20% relative humidity). Participants will record their total breast milk production in a 24-hour period using an infant scale. 2. to discover whether heat stress impacts the energy composition of breast milk following acute exercise in the heat among lactating women. We hypothesize that energy density will decrease to a greater extent following acute exercise in the heat compared to acute exercise with no heat stress. Participants will use a manual expression breast pump to collect 10 mL of breast milk from each breast immediately and 24 hours post-exercise. Energy density (lactose, protein, and lipid content) will be assessed via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Participants will complete the following visits: 1) initial consent visit 2) baseline testing; 3) acute exercise in the hot condition (HOT; 36C, 40% relative humidity), and 4) acute exercise in the temperate, thermoneutral condition (TEMP; 20C, 20% relative humidity). The baseline testing day will measure participant anthropometrics including height, weight, and body composition measured by a DEXA scan. For both experimental trials, participants will be asked to walk on a treadmill at based on their metabolic heat production (8W/kg) for 60 minutes. Heart rate (HR), mean skin temperature (Tsk), core temperature (Tcore), sweat loss (SL), and fluid intake will be measured throughout the exercise protocol. Breast milk composition will be measured through milk expression using a manual expression breast pump immediately and 24 hours post-exercise. Participants will log their breast milk production for 24 hours following the exercise using an infant scale to measure their infants before and after each feed. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of vYF (investigational vaccine) compared to the safety of YF-VAX (YF licensed vaccine) in adults aged 18 years up to 60 years. Study details include: * The study duration will be up to approximately 6 months. * One single dose of the study intervention (vYF or YF-VAX) will be administered subcutaneously at the 1st visit. * The visit(V) frequency will be Day(D) 01 (V01) and D29 (V02). Two telephone calls will be planned at D15 and Month(M)6.
