This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

EYE-TIE-201 is a 2-part study to investigate the safety and effectiveness of a new drug being developed called EYE201. All participants in the study will receive a total of 3 injections of EYE201 into the study eye, spaced at 4 weeks apart. In the first part, termed the multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of study, the safety of EYE201 will be assessed at increasing doses in branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) participants. Approximately 12 participants will be entered in this part of the study. In the second part of the study, called the dose finding part, 2 doses of EYE201 will be selected and their effectiveness will be compared. This portion of the study assesses the safety and preliminary efficacy of EYE201 in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) or neovascular macular degeneration (NVAMD). The goal of this interventional study is to compare if the use of a brain-machine interface (BCI) therapy can improve the symptoms of attentional deficit by producing brain changes in the networks that modulate attention. The investigators intend to work with epileptic participants who do not respond to pharmacological treatment, who will undergo neurosurgery. The questions the study sets out to answer are: 1. is there an improvement of symptoms in an experimental group receiving the treatment versus a sham group receiving a simulation of the treatment? 2. does the application of the therapy before surgery reduce the recovery times of post-surgery cognitive deficits described in the literature? Making use of the information recorded from brain electrodes implanted before a participant's epilepsy surgery, the investigators will create a BCI decoder that works with the available activity sources to establish the level of attention of each participant when performing tasks. Participants: * will perform an offline phase first, which will consist of one day of evaluation, in which they will be familiarized with an attentional task. * will perform a training phase later, which will consist of several days of evaluation, where they will learn to modulate their level of attention. This modulation will be facilitated by the BCI decoder, which will classify the level of attention directly from the brain and provide visual feedback that the participant will use as a guide. If the participant is part of the experimental group (or BCI group), the feedback will work as described and should be easy to follow, but if the participant is part of the Sham group, the feedback will not work according to the brain activity of the actual participant, but according to that of another person. Because of this, a mismatch will be created between the moments a brain experiences inattention, and participants believe they are experiencing inattention. This is a randomized, double-blind study, in which the experimenters will evaluate how the effect of the attentional therapy with BCI affects an BCI group and a Sham group. Read Less

EYE-RES-102 is a randomized, double masked pivotal study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 dose levels of EYE103 in comparison with the active control, ranibizumab, in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) In the first year, all 3 treatment groups will be treated every 4 weeks with either EYE103 or ranibizumab. Cochlear implants are surgically implanted devices which restore the ability to hear to the hearing impaired. Improvements in surgery and electrodes have results in an increased number of adults and children who have residual hearing and can benefit from electric and acoustic hearing in the same ear. This is called Electric Acoustic Stimulation (EAS). Many studies have shown that adult EAS users show significant benefits for speech understanding in noise and spatial hearing tasks as compared to a CI paired only with a contralateral HA. Even though this type of hearing is becoming more common, there is limited research on how it can be beneficial to children with CIs. The benefits of this study are a greater understanding of the participant's speech understanding, binaural processing, and spatial hearing. The results will help audiologists and researcher better understand how cochlear implants work, specifically when using electric and acoustic hearing in the same ear. Read Less
