IBRX-042 in Participants with HPV-Associated Tumors
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to find out the side effects of a drug called IBRX-042 at different dose levels in patients with recurrent or progressive Human Papillomavirus (HPV) associated tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the maximum tolerated dose of IBRX-042? * How well does the study drug treat cancer? * What effects the study drug may have on the human body and cancer? Participants will receive IBRX-042 at one of... Read More

Acute Alcohol Response in Bipolar Disorder: a Longitudinal Alcohol Administration/fMRI Study
Recruiting
Alcohol use disorders (AUDs) affect up to 60% of individuals with bipolar disorder during their lifetime and is associated with worse illness outcomes, yet few studies have been performed to clarify the causes of this comorbidity. Understanding biological risk factors that associate with and predict the development of AUDs in bipolar disorder could inform interventions and prevention efforts to reduce the rate of this comorbidity and improve outcomes of both disorders. Identifying predictors of... Read More

Establishing Multimodal Brain Biomarkers for Treatment Selection in Depression
Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to identify brain biomarkers and characteristics that predict individual responses to treatment of major depression with the antidepressant drug sertraline (tradename Zoloft), a common selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. Our central hypothesis is that brain activity and connections jointly measured with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and electroencephalogram (EEG) will be able to predict an individual's response to sertraline tr... Recruiting
Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigat... Read More
