Testing the Addition of KRT-232 (AMG 232) to Usual Chemotherapy for Relapsed Multiple Myeloma
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of MDM2 Inhibitor KRT-232 when given together with carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone in treating patient with multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). KRT-232 (AMG 232) may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking a protein called MDM2 that is needed for cell growth. Lenalidomide help shrink or slow the growth of multiple myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such ...
Network Of Clinical Research Studies On Craniosynostosis, Skull Malformations With Premature Fusion Of Skull Bones
Craniosynostosis (CS) is a common malformation occurring in ~4 per 10,000 live births in which the sutures between skull bones close too early, causing long-term problems with brain and skull growth. Infants with CS typically require extensive surgical treatment and may experience many perioperative complications, including hemorrhage and re-synostosis. Even with successful surgery, children can experience developmental and learning disabilities or vision problems. Most often, CS appears as isol ...
Optimal Delay Time to Initiate Anticoagulation After Ischemic Stroke in Atrial Fibrillation
Title: Optimal Delay Time to Initiate Anticoagulation after Ischemic Stroke in Atrial Fibrillation (START): a pragmatic, adaptive randomized clinical trial. Primary Objective: • To determine the optimal time to initiate anticoagulation with a Non-Vitamin K Oral Anticoagulant (NOAC) after ischemic stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Secondary Objectives: To compare the rates of primary adverse outcomes in a per protocol analysis To compare 30 day clinical outcomes by th ...
Imatinib Mesylate and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia Chromosome Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
This randomized phase III trial studies how well imatinib mesylate works in combination with two different chemotherapy regimens in treating patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Imatinib mesylate has been shown to improve outcomes in children and adolescents with Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph+) ALL when given with strong chemotherapy, but the combination has many side effects. This trial is testing whether a different chemother ...
PARTNER 3 Trial - Aortic Valve-in-Valve
This study will assess the safety and effectiveness of the SAPIEN 3/SAPIEN 3 Ultra transcatheter heart valve (THV) in patients with a failing aortic bioprosthetic valve.
Inotuzumab Ozogamicin in Treating Younger Patients With B-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma or Relapsed or Refractory CD22 Positive B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to CD22 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers ozogamicin to kill them.
Predicting Rehabilitation Outcomes in Bilingual Aphasia Using Computational Modeling
The purpose of this investigation is to implement a computational model that can predict and optimize training and cross-language generalization patterns for bilingual persons with aphasia (BPA). The proposed work will determine the best possible treatment program for each individual patient even before they are rehabilitated. In addition, the computational model allows specification of variables such as age of acquisition, language exposure/proficiency, impairment and their systematic influence ...
Heart Attack Research Program- Imaging Study
The HARP study is a multi-center, diagnostic observational study employing standardized imaging protocols in patients with MINOCA (MI with Non Obstructive Coronary Arteries) to determine the underlying diagnosis in each participant. Participants will be followed for recurrent clinical events, every 6 months, for a maximum of 10 years.
Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Intravenous BIIB093 (Glibenclamide) for Severe Cerebral Edema Following Large Hemispheric Infarction
The primary objective of Part 1 of the study is to determine if BIIB093 improves functional outcome at Day 90 as measured by the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) when compared with placebo in participants with Large Hemispheric Infarction (LHI). The secondary objectives of Part 1 of the study are to determine if BIIB093 improves overall survival at Day 90 when compared with placebo, if BIIB093 improves functional outcome at Day 90 on the mRS dichotomized 0-4 vs. 5-6 when compared with placebo, if BII ...
A Study of H3B-8800 (RVT-2001) in Participants With Lower Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes
A Phase 1, an Open-label, Multicenter Phase 1 Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Splicing Modulator H3B-8800 (RVT-2001) for Subjects With Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
A Study of TSR-022 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (AMBER)
This is a first-in-human study evaluating the anti-T cell immunoglobulin and mucin containing protein-3 (TIM-3) antibody TSR-022. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of dose escalation and Part 2 dose expansion. Part 1 will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TSR-022 and Part 2 will evaluate the antitumor activity of TSR-022 in combination with TSR-042 or docetaxel and as monotherapy
Actis Total Hip System 2 Year Follow-up
Two-year (2 year) information regarding the performance of the commercially available Actis™ Total Hip System in order to obtain and evaluate the clinical outcomes on a series of cementless primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) and hemi-hip arthroplasty procedures using clinical, radiographic and device and procedure related adverse event assessments.
