A Study of Auxora in Patients With AKI and Injurious Lung "Crosstalk"
Recruiting
Approximately 150 patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) associated with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF) will be randomized at up to 40 sites. Patients will be randomly assigned to either Auxora or matching placebo. Study drug infusions will occur every 24 hours for five consecutive days for a total of five infusions.

This is a Phase 3 study to Assess the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of OCU400 in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) associated with RHO mutations and patients with any other RP associated mutation with a clinical phenotype of RP.

Sleep for Stroke Management and Recovery Trial

The purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) with positive airway pressure starting shortly after acute ischemic stroke (1) reduces recurrent stroke, acute coronary syndrome, and all-cause mortality 6 months after the event, and (2) improves stroke outcomes at 3 months in patients who experienced an ischemic stroke.
