This is a prospective observational cohort study designed to collect data on patients who received REBYOTA™ for the prevention of rCDI in the routine care setting. As all data collected for this study are observational, the decision to prescribe REBYOTA™ is at the treating physician's discretion and independent from the decision to enroll the patient in the study. Data will be collected from patients' medical records after obtaining informed consent. Data about clinical history, CDI events (primary and recurrent: severity, treatment), CDI-related symptoms, treatments, medical procedures, Adverse Events(AEs), and healthcare resource utilization (i.e., hospitalizations and re-admissions) will be collected through 6 months of follow-up from the date of REBYOTA™ administration. Multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) of the prostate is an important tool for diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in men with an elevated serum prostate specific antigen, which can decrease the rate of unnecessary biopsies and reduce the incidence of over-diagnosis of non-csPCa. Furthermore, there is evidence that MRI is more accurate in detecting high-grade (Gleason grade group ≥3) versus low grade cancers (Gleason grade group \<2) and therefore may serve as a useful adjunct to prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, digital rectal examination, and prostatic biopsy to detect cancers that require definitive treatment as opposed to active surveillance. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of cord blood-derived expanded allogeneic natural killer cells (donor natural killer \[NK\] cells) and how well they work when given together with cyclophosphamide and etoposide in treating children and young adults with solid tumors that have come back (relapsed) or that do not respond to treatment (refractory). NK cells, white blood cells important to the immune system, are donated/collected from cord blood collected at birth from healthy babies and grown in the lab. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving NK cells together with cyclophosphamide and etoposide may work better in treating children and young adults with solid tumors. Read Less

This study will enroll participants with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) with an Isocitrate dehydrogenase protein, 1 (IDH1) mutation, who have not received treatment with a hypomethylating agent previously. Participants will be randomized to receive either ivosidenib (IVO) alone or azacitidine (AZA) alone. IVO will be administered daily throughout the 28-day treatment cycle and AZA will be administered for the first 7 days of each 28-day cycle. Study visits will be conducted every week during Cycle 1 (Days 1, 8, 15, and 22), and Day 1 of each cycle thereafter. After the last dose of treatment, participants will attend an safety follow-up visit and participants will be followed to assess overall survival. Study visits may include a bone marrow aspirate, physical exam, echocardiogram (ECHO), electrocardiogram (ECG), blood and urine analysis, and questionnaires. Read Less

This exploratory, proof-of-concept study is a double-blind (participants and investigators will be blinded), placebo-controlled, randomized, two-arm clinical trial of Marinol \[dronabinol, synthetic Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)\] for chronic low back pain (cLBP) with a 2:1 allocation ratio. Up to 75 subjects will be enrolled in this pilot study and randomized to receive doses of THC (up to 30 mg/day), orally, over 8 weeks. This study will be conducted at a single site; it does not include any stratifications, and there is no interim analysis planned. Notably, the goal is to determine whether there is enough evidence of the safety of THC to support the development of later-phase clinical trials. A population of approximately 50 pediatric subjects will be enrolled to assess the PK of spinosad and benzyl alcohol for 3 hours following a single, full-body topical application (open label) on a single in-clinic visit (Day 1, or Day 2 if screening only on Day 1). There will be approximately 50 subjects ages 1 month to 3 years 11 months of age enrolled with the goal of completing approximately 16 subjects. With assistance from a caregiver, Natroba will be applied over the entire body from the neck down to the toes (including the soles of the feet) and to the hairline, temples, forehead and possibly the scalp (if a scabies infestation is present on the scalp). The open-label Investigational Product (IP) will remain on the skin for at least 6 hours before removing the IP by gentle washing. The subjects will stay in the clinic until the 3-hour procedures are completed. Blood draws will be taken at 0 hours just prior to treatment, and then at 0.5 and 3.0 hours post-treatment. Heel sticks are likely to be the mode of blood collection for children less than 2 years of age. A ±5-minute time window will be allowed for all post-treatment blood samples. Removal of IP can occur by the caregiver at home after it has been on the skin for at least 6 hours before bathing the child. Safety will be assessed with adverse events (AEs), general skin and eye irritation assessments, and pre-dose and pre-discharge laboratory evaluations. Following the sample collections subjects will be released from the clinic and directed to their primary care physician for follow-up. Subjects will be provided scabies medications upon discharge to dispense to family members. These include 5% Permethrin for those in the household that are less than 4 years of age and Natroba for those in the household 4 years of age and older. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether transcranial direct-current stimulation (tDCS) will engage reward-related brain circuitry, more specifically the uncinate fasciculus (UF) tract, which connects the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and nucleus accumbens (NAcc) regions. Also to evaluate whether the changes in the fractional anisotropy (FA) of the UF tract are associated with changes of clinical symptoms of anhedonia and finally to investigate the moderation role of simulated electric fields (EFs) in an association between FA of the UF and symptoms of anhedonia. Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D).
