This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. In this study enfortumab vedotin will be put into the bladder using a catheter. A catheter is a thin tube that can be put into your bladder. Read Less

TITRE - Trial of Indication-based Transfusion of Red Blood Cells in ECMO, is a multicenter, prospective, randomized clinical trial. The overarching goal of TITRE is to determine whether restricting red blood cell (RBC) transfusion according to an indication-based strategy for those with bleeding and/or deficit of tissue oxygen delivery, compared with transfusion based on center-specific hemoglobin or hematocrit thresholds, can reduce organ dysfunction and improve later neurodevelopment in critically ill children receiving Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) support. The primary objectives of Cohort A Phase 1b are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered as a single agent to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TTI-101 as a single agent. The primary objectives of Cohort A Phase 2 are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered as a single agent at the RP2D to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable HCC and to assess the preliminary efficacy of TTI-101 as a single agent in participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable HCC. The secondary objectives of Cohort A Phase 2 are to assess response, progression, survival, and pharmacokinetics. The primary objectives of Cohorts B and C Phase 1b are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered in combination with pembrolizumab therapy (Cohort B) and in combination with atezolizumab and bevacizumab therapy (Cohort C) to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, or unresectable HCC and to determine the MTD and/or RP2D of TTI-101 when used in combination with pembrolizumab therapy (Cohort B) and in combination with atezolizumab and bevacizumab therapy (Cohort C). In the United States, only 62% of the 37 million people with diabetes receive annual screening exams for diabetic retinopathy. One of the goals of the US Department of Health and Human Services Healthy People 2030 campaign is to increase diabetic retinopathy screening rates to 70.3%. Research indicates that low screening rates are associated with a variety of factors, including income levels, race and lack of access to care. Furthermore, because diabetic retinopathy frequently presents asymptomatically, non-adherence to screening results in postponed disease detection and a higher probability of vision loss. Currently, it is estimated that 9 million adults in the US are affected by diabetic retinopathy, and 1.8 million suffer from vision-threatening diabetic retinopathy. Importantly, the rates of vtDR vary greatly by race, with Hispanic individuals at 7.14% and Black individuals at 8.66%, compared to 3.55% in White individuals. Despite these alarming figures, the disease can be managed and vision loss can often be averted with early disease detection, thus highlighting the importance of increasing screening rates. A clear need exists for a diabetic retinopathy screening tool that can be deployed in primary care settings, addressing the shortage of specialist care and making screening more accessible to underserved populations. OPTDR01 will directly address these issues by providing accessible, high quality screening for diabetic retinopathy. OPTDR01 will automatically detect more than mild diabetic retinopathy (mtmDR) and vision-threatening diabetic retinopathy (vtDR) in diabetic adults who have not previously been diagnosed with mtmDR or vtDR. The REACH study is for people with CF who do not take cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators. The goal of the REACH study is to collect research data, including health data and specimens, from people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. This data may be used to inform CF research, help design CF clinical trials and support the development of new treatments for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. Another goal of this study is to learn about research involvement for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators, engage them in research, and give them an opportunity to learn about what is involved in participating in a CF research study. The purpose of this observational research study is to study if patients with herpes zoster, also known as Shingles, have a higher risk of vascular dysfunction (problems with blood vessels, including stroke) and vascular dementia (problems with mental decline as a result of decreased blood flow to the brain) compared to patients without herpes zoster. Patients are evaluated based on the group they are assigned too: 1. Herpes Zoster (HZ) Group: individuals presenting with untreated herpes zoster. These participants will have 6 visits: * Day 1 = 1st day presenting to clinic with acute zoster * 7 days post zoster * 1 month after Day 1 * 3 months after Day 1 * 6 months after Day 1 * 12 months after Day 1 2. Control Group: individuals without herpes zoster o Day 1 (only 1 visit will be completed) This study does not have a study medication/device. Standard of care for all patients will be followed. Scientific knowledge of how parenting can best support healthy eating habits and growth among children who are predisposed to overeating is surprisingly limited.
