This phase III trial compares the effect of usual treatment of chemotherapy and steroids and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) to the same treatment plus blinatumomab. Blinatumomab is a Bi-specific T-Cell Engager ('BiTE') that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial evaluates the effectiveness of palbociclib and binimetinib in treating patients with RAS-mutated cancers. Palbociclib and binimetinib are both in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of abnormal proteins that signals cancer cells to multiply. This trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve the amount of time before the cancer grows in patients with patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have certain changes in the tumor DNA. This trial may also help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve outcomes among patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have previously received a MEK inhibitor. For patients with other tumors, with the exception of lung cancer, colon cancer, melanoma and low grade serous ovarian cancers, this trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can improve the clinical outcome of survival without progression in patients who have certain changes in their tumor's DNA. This is a gene transfer study for patients with a type of blood cancer called Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) that has come back or has not gone away after treatment. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancers. This research study combines two different ways of fighting cancer: antibodies and T cells. Antibodies are types of proteins that protect the body from infectious diseases and possibly cancer. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are special infection-fighting blood cells that can kill other cells, including cells infected with viruses and tumor cells. Both antibodies and T cells have been used to treat patients with cancers. They have shown promise but have not been strong enough to cure most patients. For example, T lymphocytes can kill cancer cells but there normally are not enough of them to kill all the cancer cells. Some researchers have taken T cells from a person's blood, grown more of them in the laboratory and then given them back to the person. The antibody used in this study targets CD19, CD20 and CD22. This antibody sticks to ALL cells because of a substance on the outside of these cells called CD19, CD20 and/or CD22. For this study, the antibody to CD19, CD20 and CD22 has been changed so that instead of floating free in the blood, it is now joined to the T cells. When T-cells contain an antibody that is joined to them, they are called chimeric antigen receptor- T cells or CAR-T cells. In the laboratory, we have also found that T cells work better if we also add proteins that stimulate them. One such protein is called 4-1BB. Adding the 4-1BB molecule makes the cells grow better and last longer in the body, giving them a better chance of killing the leukemia cells. In this study we are going to attach the CD19/CD20/CD22 chimeric receptor that has 4-1BB added to the patient's T cells. We will then test how long the cells last. These T cells, called "TRICAR-ALL" T cells are investigational products not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) outside the context of a clinical trial. Read Less

NODE-202 is a Phase 2, multicenter, multinational, single dose, open-label, 2-part, sequential design study in pediatric patients with an established diagnosis of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) presenting with a symptomatic episode of PSVT. In Part 1, at least 30 patients aged 12 to \<18 years will be enrolled and treated with etripamil nasal spray (NS). Efficacy, safety, tolerability and PK (for at least 12 patients) will be assessed after administration of 70 mg etripamil NS (Part 1A). At least 18 subsequent patients will be enrolled and treated with the etripamil NS with the dose determined by the Pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis and will undergo efficacy and safety/tolerability assessments (Part 1B). In Part 2, at least 30 patients aged 6 to \<12 years will be enrolled and treated with etripamil NS at a dose selected based on appropriate body size-based modeling, as well as efficacy, safety/tolerability, and PK data collected in Part 1. Efficacy, safety, tolerability and PK (for at least 12 patients) will be assessed after administration of etripamil NS (Part 2A). At least 18 subsequent patients will be enrolled and treated with the etripamil NS with the dose determined by the PK analysis and will undergo efficacy and safety/tolerability assessments (Part 2B). This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The participants of this study will be children, adolescents, and young adults with residual osteosarcoma, which cannot be removed completely through surgery. Participants will have achieved a partial response or stable disease at the end of conventional chemotherapy. Osteosarcoma is cancer of the bone. The cancer cells make immature bone cells, known as osteoid. Osteosarcoma is very rare, but it is the most common type of bone cancer in children and teens. It is most common in teens and young adults. In this study, participants will receive either cabozantinib and best supportive care or the best supportive care alone. Best supportive care will be provided at the investigator's discretion and according to institutional guidelines. It includes antibiotics, nutritional support, correction of metabolic disorders, optimal symptom control and pain management (including radiotherapy), etc. but does not include tumor specific therapy. Cabozantinib will be taken by mouth (orally), as a tablet, once a day. Cabozantinib will be provided to participants who tolerate it for as long as their disease does not progress. Participants in the study receiving best supportive care alone may switch to treatment with cabozantinib and best supportive care if their disease progresses and if other eligibility criteria are met. Participants may withdraw consent to participate at any time. The estimated duration of the study for participants is 24 months, however a participant could remain in the study longer if demonstrating treatment benefit. Read Less
