This study investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the psychosocial health of employees of MD Anderson Cancer Center. Epidemics have been shown to promote psychological stress among medical staff in high risk areas, which may lead to mental health problems. Assessing how the pandemic is affecting employees may allow for more comprehensive actions to be taken to protect the mental health of employees. Read Less

The goal of this clinical research study is to collect information about the long-term safety of gene transfer therapy. This study is also designed to create a database of medical information about patients who have received gene transfer therapy, in order for researchers to track and review the long-term safety and any effects (good or bad) of gene transfer therapy. This Phase 2b, multicohort, open-label clinical trial (QUILT-3.055) evaluates combination immunotherapies in patients with various advanced solid tumors who have progressed following prior PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor therapy. The trial includes six cohorts: Cohorts 1-4: Patients who progressed after an initial response (PR or CR) to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, receiving combination therapy with N-803 and a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor. (Closed to enrollment) Cohort 5: Patients who progressed while receiving treatment in cohorts 1-4; they receive combination therapy with N-803, a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor, and PD-L1 t-haNK cells.(Closed to enrollment) Cohort 6A \& 6B: Patients with acquired resistance to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy; they receive combination therapy with N-803, docetaxel, and either pembrolizumab (6A) or nivolumab (6B). Treatment is administered for up to two years or until disease progression, and participants are closely monitored for adverse events (AEs), including immune-related AEs, with specific dose modifications outlined. The primary endpoint is objective response rate (ORR) assessed by RECIST v1.1. Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO). The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA based on their previous experience with specific treatments. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine when given alone or together with other anti-cancer therapies. Anti-cancer therapy is a type of treatment to stop the growth of cancer. This study also aims to find the best amount of study medication. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: * Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. * Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. * Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07985045) as pill by mouth once a day. This will be repeated for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07985045 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at different times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07985045) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, the participants will come into the clinic for 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle. The objective of the ESK-001-018 long term extension is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ESK-001 over time. The scientific questions it aims to answer are: * How safe is taking ESK-001 long-term in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? * Does taking ESK-001 long-term reduce the severity of people's plaque psoriasis? Patients will enter the long-term extension study following completion of one of the parent studies (ESK-001-016 or ESK-001-017) and will receive open-label ESK-001 twice daily for 24 weeks. After 24 weeks, the first 200 patients meeting at least PASI-75 clinical response will be randomly assigned to receive ESK-001 or placebo. At any point during this time, the patients losing the initial clinical response may return to the open-label ESK-001 treatment. Patients who complete Week 48 will return to open-label ESK-001 treatment and they will receive ESK-001 until the end of the study or discontinuation. All the remaining patients not meeting the entry criteria for the randomized withdrawal phase will continue to receive open-label ESK-001 for the remainder of the study. Patients taking part in the study must be men or women aged at least 18 years old and have completed a previous (parent) study of ESK-001 in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The goal of this research is to learn more about ZADAXIN® (trade name; thymalfasin generic; Ta1 for short) and determine if Ta1 has any benefit in increasing the immune response to the COVID-19 vaccine. Ta1 has been shown to stimulate the immune system to fight infections. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if DOC1021 + pIFN alongside standard of care (SOC) will improve survival in adult patients newly diagnosed with glioblastoma (IDH-wt). It will also evaluate the safety of DOC1021 + pIFN. Researchers will compare DOC1021 dendritic cell immunotherapy regimen added to SOC compared to SOC treatment alone. Participants in the DOC1021 + pIFN + SOC arm will: * Take filgrastim subcutaneously x 5 doses and subsequently undergo a leukapheresis collection * Undergo ultrasound guided perinodal DOC1021 injections every 2 weeks for a total of 3 doses * Receive subcutaneous pIFN injections weekly for a total of 6 doses in parallel with the DOC1021 injections Both arms of the trial will: - Visit the clinic regularly to assess quality of life, symptoms, medication use, imaging, bloodwork, and to receive SOC treatment with surgery, temozolomide chemotherapy and radiation Read Less
