This is a phase-III multi-center double-blind randomized clinical trial of 1,800 individuals with a history of prior preterm birth at less than 35 weeks gestation who are randomized to either 162 mg aspirin or 81 mg aspirin daily. The study drug will be initiated between 10 and 15 weeks gestation and continued through 36 weeks, 6 days gestation. This study is open to adults aged between 18 and 80 years of age with a body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 42 kg/m². People with or without liver problems can take part in the study. The purpose of this study is to find out how much of a medicine called BI 1291583 gets into the blood of people with and without liver problems. BI 1291583 is being developed to treat people with bronchiectasis, a chronic disease of the lungs. People living with this condition often also have liver problems. Therefore, it is important to find out whether liver problems influence the amount of BI 1291583 that gets into the blood. Study participants receive a single dose of BI 1291583 as a tablet taken by mouth. Participants are divided into 4 groups based on how well their liver works: 1 group without liver problems, and 3 groups with mild, moderate, and severe liver problems. Each participant without liver problems is matched with participants from the other groups based on factors such as age, sex, smoking habits, and body weight to ensure accurate comparisons. Participants are in the study for about 3 months. They stay for 3 days at the study site and also visit the study site up to 9 times. During these visits, the doctors collect information about participants' health. To assess the study endpoints, the doctors regularly take blood samples from the participants. This is a phase 1 dose escalation study to determine the safety of anti-FLT3 CAR-T in subjects with R/R AML. The primary objective is to assess safety. Up to 18 evaluable adult and 18 evaluable pediatric subjects will be enrolled. Evaluable subjects are defined as those who have received an infusion of HG-CT-1. Primary clinical objectives: i. Determine the safety of HG-CT-1 based on the proportion of subjects infused with HG-CT-1 who experience a dose limiting toxicity (DLT). Secondary clinical objectives: i. Estimate the efficacy of HG-CT-1 according to standard clinical response criteria for AML. ii. Estimate overall survival of evaluable subjects. iii. Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) inhibitor (budigalimab) to adult participants to treat NSCLC. ABBV-400 and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of ABBV-400 in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 4 treatment groups. Two groups will receive budigalimab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed. One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 172 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab or receive IV budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed, or IV SOC pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects. Read Less
