This clinical trial aims to evaluate whether transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS), a non-invasive brain stimulation method, can improve attention and memory in veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and depression and/or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The study seeks to answer two main questions: 1. Can active taVNS improve attention and memory compared to sham (placebo) stimulation? 2. Does taVNS affect heart rate variability (HRV)? taVNS delivers a gentle electrical current to the vagus nerve through electrodes placed on the ear, targeting brain areas involved in attention and memory without requiring surgery. This study uses a crossover design, meaning all participants will experience two sessions: one with active taVNS and one with sham stimulation. The sham session feels similar but does not deliver actual stimulation, allowing researchers to compare the two and understand taVNS's effects on the brain. In a single visit, participants will: * Complete eligibility screening (questionnaires and vital signs). * Undergo two sessions (one active and one sham), randomly assigned. * Perform attention tasks before and after each session. * Have their heart rate monitored during the sessions. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ASP-1929 photoimmunotherapy (PIT) in combination with pembrolizumab works to treat recurrent squamous cell cancer of the head and neck (HNSCC) with no distant metastases. It will also learn about the safety of ASP-1929 PIT in combination with pembrolizumab. Researchers will compare ASP-1929 PIT in combination with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone or pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy (carboplatin or cisplatin, plus 5-fluorouracil or paclitaxel or docetaxel) according to physician's choice (control arm). The overall primary study hypothesis being tested is whether ASP-1929 PIT plus pembrolizumab combination treatment improves the overall survival (OS) of the population defined by the inclusion/exclusion criteria over the control arm. This is a study to understand if taking VTX2735 is safe and effective in participants diagnosed with Recurrent Pericarditis (RP). Approximately 30 patients will take VTX2735. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks. Period 3 is the Long Term Extentsion (LTE) and through Week 68, participants will continue to receive lutikizumab SC using the same assigned dosing regimen from the end of Period 2 for 16 weeks followed by open-label lutikizumab EOW for 140 weeks. Participants in the US that complete Periods 1 \& 2 will have the option to enroll in a 156-week open-label Sub-Study that will assess the long term safety and efficacy of lutikizumab in a prefilled pen. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. All participants regularly receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 4 and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site or have a remote visit by video call every 2, 4 or 6 weeks for about a 1 year and 5 months. After this time participants visit the trial site or have a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight is regularly measured. At some visits the liver parameters are measured using different imaging methods. The participants also fill in questionnaires about their symptoms. The results are compared between the groups to see whether the treatment works. Read Less

This is a first-in-human (FIH), open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BGB-53038 as monotherapy in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS mutations or amplification, as well as when used in combination with tislelizumab (also known as BGB-A317) in participants with nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and used in combination with cetuximab in participants with colorectal cancer (CRC). This study is open to adults who participated in a previous clinical study with brigimadlin. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with solid tumours tolerate long-term treatment with brigimadlin. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Participants are grouped in cohorts depending on their treatment in the previous study: * Cohort 1a got brigimadlin and continues treatment with brigimadlin * Cohort 1b got brigimadlin for 4 or less treatment cycles; each cycle was 3 weeks long * Cohort 2 received a comparator and gets brigimadlin for the first time All participants take brigimadlin as tablets once every 3 weeks at the study site. Participants in the Cohorts 1b and 2 visit the sites more frequently. At study visits, doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some study visits, doctors also check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body.
