Novel Approaches to the Treatment of Hypothyroidism
Recruiting
Hypothyroidism is a common condition, more frequent in females, associated with excess of cardiovascular risk and poor quality of life not completely abrogated by treatment with levothyroxine.
There is an unmet need to define a safe, effective, and feasible regimen to be applied in large trials aimed at assessing levothyroxine/liothyronine combination therapy in patients living with hypothyroidism.
To address this knowledge gap we propose a randomized, three-arm, double-blind, controlled, esca... Read More

Study of the Safety, Tolerability, Electrophysiological Effects and Efficacy of DMT in Humans
Recruiting
The goal of this phase 1 study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in individuals with depression and healthy controls. We hypothesize that administration of DMT will result in decreases in depression, associated symptoms, and neuroplastic changes in depressed subjects. We expect that DMT will induce changes in neuroplasticity as indexed using electroencephalographic (EEG) measures and tasks in both depressed individuals and healthy volunteers, though to differe... A Trial to Learn if Fianlimab and Cemiplimab Are Safe and Work Better Than Anti-PD1 Alone in Adult Participants With Resectable Stage 3 or 4 Melanoma
Recruiting
This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. These types of study drugs are collectively known as immune checkpoint inhibitors. The study is focused on participants with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma.

Ramucirumab Plus Pembrolizumab vs Usual Care for Treatment of Stage IV or Recurrent Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Following Immunotherapy, Pragmatica-Lung Study
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of the combination of ramucirumab and pembrolizumab versus standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may in... Read More
