The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of baxdrostat/dapagliflozin in participants ≥ 18 years of age with CKD and HTN. This study consists of a screening, a 4-week dapagliflozin run-in period for participants naïve to SGLT2i at baseline; a 24-month double-blind period in which participants will receive either baxdrostat/dapagliflozin or dapagliflozin; and a 6-week open-label period in which all participants will discontinue baxdrostat/placebo and receive dapagliflozin alone. Site visits will take place at 2-, 4-, 8-, and 16- weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months, until the 24-month visit at which time baxdrostat/placebo will be discontinued. Participants will continue open-label dapagliflozin for another 6-weeks (approximately), where reassessment of GFR will occur for the primary efficacy endpoint. In the event of premature discontinuation of blinded study intervention, participants will continue in the study and receive open-label dapagliflozin monotherapy, unless the participant meets dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, in which case all study interventions will be discontinued. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced solid tumors including a specific kind of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC). Advanced solid tumors are types of cancer that have spread to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, and/or to distant parts of the body and that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. BAY2862789 works by blocking an enzyme in T-cells, thereby activating them. T-cells are a type of immune cell that are known to have an anti-cancer effect. The main purpose of this first-in-human study is to learn: * how safe different doses of BAY2862789 are, * the degree to which medical problems caused by BAY2862789 can be tolerated (also called tolerability), * what maximum amount (dose) can be given, and * how BAY2862789 moves into, through and out of the body. To answer this, the researchers will look at: * the number and severity of medical problems participants have after taking BAY2862789 for each dose level. These medical problems are also referred to as adverse events. An adverse event is considered "serious" when it leads to death, puts the participants' lives at risk, requires hospitalization, causes disability, causes a baby being born with medical problems or is otherwise medically important. * the (average) total level of BAY2862789 in the blood (also called AUC) after intake of single and multiple doses. * the (average) highest level of BAY2862789 in the blood (also called Cmax) after intake of single and multiple doses. Doctors and their team keep track of all medical problems that participants have during the study, even if they do not think the medical problem might be related to the study treatment. In addition, the researchers want to know if and how the participants' tumors change after taking BAY2862789. The dose escalation will be done to find the most appropriate dose that can be given. For this, each participant will receive one of the increasing doses of Bay 2862789. More groups might be investigated based on new data that emerges. For this, each participant will receive one of the increasing doses of BAY2862789. Participants in the study will take the study treatment until their tumor gets worse (also known as 'disease progression'), until they have medical problems, until they leave the study, or until the study is terminated. Each participant will be in the study for several months, including a test (screening) phase of up to 28 days, few months of treatment depending on the participant's benefit, and a follow up phase after the end of treatment. The following approximate numbers of visits to the study site are planned: two during the screening phase, six in the first treatment month, one to three per month in the following periods. During the study, the study team will: * take blood and urine samples * do physical examinations * check vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature * examine heart health using ECG (electrocardiogram) * check cancer status using CT (computed tomography) or MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and, if needed, bone scans * take tumor samples (if required) * pregnancy test The treatment period ends with a visit no later than 7 days after the last BAY2862789 dose. The study doctors and their team will check the participants' health and any changes in cancer about 30 and 90 days after the last dose and every 12 weeks thereafter. This follow-up period ends if the cancer worsens, if a new anti-cancer treatment is started, or until the participant leaves the study. In addition, the study doctors and their team will contact the participant every 12 weeks to learn about the participant's survival. This ends no later than 12 months after the last participant started treatment or by the end of the study, whichever comes first. The goal of this multi-center, randomized, cross-over study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System in individuals with type 1 diabetes. Study participants will complete about 5 in-person visits and be expected to treat their diabetes per their usual routine using the system at the lowest available target setting. Each participant will begin the study using either the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System or the Omnipod 5 System for 4 weeks (Period 1) then switch to the opposite system for the next 4 weeks (Period 2). Everyone will use the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System for the last 4-6 weeks (Period 3). During Period 3, participants will have a goal of administering no more than 3 meal or snack boluses per day. Adults between 18 and 80 years of age with ulcerative colitis can participate in this study. This is a study for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or who stopped previous treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out whether BI 3032950 helps people with ulcerative colitis. This study has 2 parts. In Part A, participants get BI 3032950 as an infusion into a vein every 4 weeks. After 12 weeks, doctors check whether the signs and symptoms of ulcerative colitis have improved. Before the results of this assessment are available, participants move on to Part B and get BI 3032950 as an injection under the skin. Participants whose results show clinical response after 12 weeks can continue treatment with BI 3032950. They get BI 3032950 injections under the skin every 4 weeks for up to 2 years. Participants visit their doctors every 4 weeks. During these visits, the doctors check the signs and symptoms of ulcerative colitis. This includes taking blood and stool samples. Doctors also do endoscopies. This is a procedure that uses a tube with a camera to look inside the body. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have chronic kidney disease (CKD), CKD is a condition in which the kidneys' ability to work properly gradually decreases over time. A common sign of decreasing kidney function is the body losing too much of a protein called albumin in the urine. This condition is known as albuminuria. This can lead to a faster decline in kidney function. People who have high blood pressure and diabetes are more likely to have CKD and are at a higher risk of complications related to it. BAY3283142 is a new drug that is being developed to treat people with CKD. It works by activating a protein that helps relax blood vessels and is thought to have beneficial effects in CKD. In this study, researchers want to learn about how well different doses of BAY3283142 work when taken with standard treatment for CKD in reducing albumin in the urine of participants with CKD. They will compare the results of the change in the urine albumin-creatinine ratio (UACR) after 16 weeks for BAY3283142 with a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not have any medicine in it. During the study, participants will take either of the following drugs: * BAY3283142: Participants will take BAY3283142 as tablets by mouth. * Placebo: Participants will take it in the same way as BAY3283142. Participants will continue taking the available standard treatment for CKD and other conditions they may have (for example, heart conditions and diabetes). At the start of this study, the researchers will check the medical history and current medications of the participants. They will also perform a complete health check-up of all the participants. Researchers will take urine and blood samples from the participants at different time points to measure UACR and eGFR. Participants will be divided equally into different groups. Only 1 group will receive placebo and the other groups will receive BAY3283142. Participants will take their assigned treatment for 16 weeks. No one will know who receives which drug or dose of BAY3283142 during the study. Participants will be in this study for around 23 weeks. This includes the time for screening before the start of treatment and follow-up with participants after treatment. People can join this study if they: * are 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with CKD * have poor kidney function according to the eGFR test * have abnormally high levels of albumin in the urine according to the UACR test * have been taking certain drugs at a stable dose for management of high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, etc. for at least 4 weeks before the start of the study People cannot join this study if they: * have low blood pressure * have had a stroke or a heart attack, or were hospitalized because of heart failure in the 3 months before the start of the study * have a serious liver disease * have a kidney disease for which they need to take drugs that control the immune system The detailed requirements will be discussed between the study doctors and people considering joining this study. Participants may or may not get the expected benefits of treatment with BAY3283142, but they will receive thorough medical check-ups during this study. These can help to improve individual treatment in the future and to identify unknown medical risks. Some participants may experience medical problems during this study including pain and discomfort when blood samples are taken. Researchers will closely monitor and manage any medical problems the participants may have. They will not include people who should not take BAY3283142 due to known safety concerns. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab or acalabrutinib in the treatment of CLL. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab or acalabrutinib is being investigated in the treatment of CLL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. Participants will receive oral venetoclax in combination with intravenously (IV) infused obinutuzumab or oral acalabrutinib at in different dosing schemes as part of treatment. Approximately 120 adult participants with CLL who are being treated with venetoclax will be enrolled in the study in approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants in Arm A will receive oral venetoclax in combination with IV infused obinutuzumab, with a 5 week venetoclax ramp up. Participants in Arm B will receive oral venetoclax in combination with oral acalabrutinib, with a 5 week venetoclax ramp up. Participants in Arm C and Arm D will receive oral venetoclax in combination with oral acalabrutinib, with differing venetoclax ramp up periods. The total study duration is approximately 28 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This study is conducted in 2 periods. During Period 1, participants are randomly assigned into 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms to receive upadacitinib Dose A or dupilumab Dose A. Based on the participants response to upadacitinib Dose A, they may have their dose increased to upadacitinib Dose B after 2 weeks. In Period 2, participants that completed Period 1 will either remain on their assigned dose or be reassigned to a different dose based on their Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) response. Approximately 300 adult participants ages 18 to 64 with moderate to severe AD who are current users of dupilumab and had a history of inadequate response to dupilumab will be enrolled at up to 94 sites worldwide. The study is comprised of a 35-day Screening Period, an 8-week Open-Label Period 1 and a 24-week Open-Label Period 2 for participants that completed Period 1. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or dupilumab subcutaneous (SC) injection every other week for 32 weeks and followed for 30 days. This study is open to adults with diabetic retinopathy. People who have non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy of moderate or high severity can join the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 764524 helps people with diabetic retinopathy. The study also aims to find a suitable treatment plan for BI 764524. Participants are put into 5 groups by chance. Participants in groups 1, 2, and 3 get BI 764524. Over 1 year, they get a different number of injections of the same dose of BI 764524 injected into 1 eye. During some visits, participants may get a sham control, which is done like an eye injection but without a needle, so that participants will not know how many injections of BI 764524 they received. Participants in group 4 only get a sham control. Participants in group 5 (only in the USA) get aflibercept or sham injections during some visits. Aflibercept is a medicine already used to treat diabetic retinopathy. Participants are in the study for one and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site at least 16 times. During this time, doctors regularly do eye exams and visual tests to assess the severity of participants' eye condition. After 1 year of treatment, researchers look at the number of participants with eye improvements. To do so, they compare eye damage and certain severe eye problems between the groups of participants.
