A Phase II/III Trial of Nivolumab, Ipilimumab, and GM-CSF in Patients With Advanced Melanoma
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the c... Read More

Intraoperative Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Breast Cancer Undergoing Breast-Conserving Surgery
Recruiting
This phase IV trial studies the side effects of intraoperative radiation therapy and how well it works in treating patients with breast cancer undergoing breast-conserving surgery. Delivering radiation one time to the area where the tumor was removed while the patient is still in the operating room may kill any residual tumor cells and may be as effective as standard radiation therapy in patients with early stage breast cancer.

Evaluation of Topical ATR12-351 in Adults With Netherton Syndrome
Recruiting
The objectives of this clinical trial are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of topically applied ATR12-351, to understand what the body does to ATR12-351, and to observe treatment benefits of the drug in approximately 12 adult patients with Netherton Syndrome (NS). ATR12-351 will be applied to skin lesions on one side of the body, while the vehicle control will be applied to similar lesion on the other side of the body twice daily for 2 weeks.

A Clinical Study of V940 Plus Pembrolizumab in People With High-Risk Melanoma (V940-001)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn if V940 which is an individualized neoantigen therapy (INT; formerly, called messenger ribonucleic acid [mRNA]-4157) with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) is safe and prevents cancer from returning in people with high-risk melanoma. Researchers want to know if V940 with pembrolizumab is better than receiving pembrolizumab alone at preventing the cancer from returning.
