This phase II trial studies the side effects of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab in treating patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more cancer cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This phase I/II trial studies the best dose of M3814 when given together with radium-223 dichloride or with radium-223 dichloride and avelumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer that had spread to other places in the body (metastatic). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radioactive drugs, such as radium-223 dichloride, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This study is being done to find out the better treatment between radium-223 dichloride alone, radium-223 dichloride in combination with M3814, or radium-223 dichloride in combination with both M3814 and avelumab, to lower the chance of prostate cancer growing or spreading in the bone, and if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for advanced prostate cancer not responsive to hormonal therapy. This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone. The primary objectives of this study are to explore the therapeutic effect of eluxadoline in treating irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) in pediatric participants 6-17 years of age, to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of eluxadoline in pediatric participants with IBS-D, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of eluxadoline in pediatric participants with IBS-D. TARGET-IBD is a 5-year, longitudinal, observational study of adult and pediatric patients (age 2 and above) being managed for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) in usual clinical practice. Background: - The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the National Institutes of Health needs healthy volunteers for vaccine clinical trials. This is a screening study that is used to identify healthy volunteers who may be eligible to participate in other clinical trials at the Vaccine Research Center that evaluate investigational vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and injection devices. The VRC conducts studies that will allow researchers to better understand the immune system and how vaccines and monoclonal antibodies work. Objectives: - To screen healthy volunteers for clinical trials at the NIAID VRC. Eligibility: - Healthy people between 18 and 60 years of age. They must be available to take part in clinical trials and be able to provide blood for research studies. Objectives: * To obtain samples from adult and pediatric patients for research purposes from tests and procedures that are done as required by the primary research protocol(s) to which a patient is enrolled or as part of their standard-of-care treatment. * To obtain samples for research purposes from non-surgical procedures, such as percutaneous biopsies, performed for the sole purpose of obtaining tissue specimens or biological fluids for this protocol. Eligibility: -Adult patients (18 years of age and older) and pediatric patients (younger than 18 years of age) who are being evaluated for and/or treated for cancer at the NIH Clinical Center participating sites. Design: * This is a multicenter tissue procurement protocol with NCI as the coordinating center. * For adult patients: specimens for research purposes, as outlined in this protocol, will be obtained from tests and procedures that are done as required by the primary research protocols to which a patient is enrolled or as part of their standard-of-care treatment. Non-surgical procedures, such as percutaneous biopsies, may also be performed for the sole purpose of obtaining tissue specimens or biological fluids for this protocol. Tissues and biological fluids to be procured may include but are not limited to blood, serum, urine, tumor tissue, normal tissue, pleural fluid, CSF, saliva, bronchial alveolar lavage (BAL), circulating tumor cells, hair follicles, and bone marrow. These specimens will be stored with unique identifiers and used to perform only those research studies that are outlined in this protocol. * For pediatric patients: tumor biopsy/resection tissue used for pediatric preclinical model development will only be from tissue already being obtained as part of a procedure necessary for the patient s clinical care or as part of a primary research protocol; blood specimens will be collected as part of a blood collection already scheduled for the patient s clinical care or as part of the planned pre-procedure bloodwork; volumes collected will not exceed institutional research limits. * Given the risks associated with any invasive procedure, such as tumor biopsy, the procedure will be discussed in detail with the patients and their parents/guardian (as indicated), including the side effects, prior to obtaining a separate consent for each procedure. A separate consent will not be signed prior to obtaining samples by minimally invasive measures, such as venipuncture. * This study has two separate consent forms at the NIH Clinical Center: one for adult patients to donate specimens for ongoing research on assay development and studies of molecular pathways, and one for adult and age-appropriate pediatric patients to donate samples for the generation of preclinical models. The study also has consent form templates for adult and pediatric patients at participating sites to donate specimens to create preclinical models. * Patients may remain on study for the duration of their consent or completion of the planned procedure, whichever comes first. This study is being done to assess mogamulizumab-associated rash in patients diagnosed with mycosis fungoides or sezary syndrome and treated with standard of care mogamulizumab. One of the most common side effects of mogamulizumab is a rash, currently named mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) which can look like MF or SS. However, mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) does not indicate failure of mogamulizumab, and may be a sign that the drug is working. If not properly evaluated, mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) could be misinterpreted as worsening of mycosis fungoides/sezary syndrome, which could lead doctors to recommend stopping mogamulizumab treatment early. The information learned by doing this research study may help tell the difference between mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) (sometimes also called "drug eruption") and worsening of the disease. The purpose of the study is to learn about safety and how the body processes the study medicine called Zavegepant (PF-07930207) in children with a history of migraine. This study helps understand how the medicine is changed and removed from the body after taking it. This study is seeking participants who: * Are children aged between 6 and less than 12 years old * Have had migraine for at least 6 months. * Weigh more than 15 kilograms All participants in this study will receive zavegepant as a nasal spray once (one spray into one nostril). The dose of the study medicine that each participant receives will depend on how much the participant weighs. The study will look at the experiences of the participants receiving the study medicine and collect data to better understand the possible benefits and unwanted effects of different doses of the study medicine.
