Detecting Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion in Patients With Adrenal Incidentaloma
Recruiting
The aim of the proposed study is to estimate the incidence of Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion (MACS) in patients with Adrenal Incidentaloma (AI) and evaluate the available diagnostic tests to determine the most sensitive and specific combination of tests for assessing MACS from adrenal adenoma for prediction of the phenotype associated with cortisol excess. As well as following the patients for 4 years and see if anything changes.

Accuracy of the Dexcom G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Following Cardiac Surgery
Recruiting
This is a prospective longitudinal study to study the agreement between a continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) versus current blood glucose monitoring. Subjects in this study will have their blood glucose measured regularly every 1-3 hours with current methods in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), and by Point of Care (POC) fingerstick glucose using the Accucheck Inform II on the regular floors, and the CGMS reading at the same time will be captured. Subjects will have measur... Read More

Anti-pneumococcal Vaccine Strategy in Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial compares the effect of initial vaccination (PCV20 followed by PSV23) with yearly vaccinations of PSV23 to the standard 5 year vaccination in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. At present chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients are poorly protected by anti-pneumococcal vaccination. Current vaccination schedule for chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients is based on general recommendations in immunocompromised patients (initial vaccination with PCV13 followed by one dose o...
