Best Available Therapy Versus Autologous Hematopoetic Stem Cell Transplant for Multiple Sclerosis (BEAT-MS)

This is a multi-center prospective rater-masked (blinded) randomized controlled trial of 156 participants, comparing the treatment strategy of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (AHSCT) to the treatment strategy of Best Available Therapy (BAT) for treatment-resistant relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomized at a 1 to 1 (1:1) ratio.
All participants will be followed for 72 months after randomization (Day 0, Visit 0).

Children and adults diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma patients with primary refractory disease or incomplete response to salvage treatment in bone and/or bone marrow will be treated for up to 101 weeks with naxitamab and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). Patients will be followed for up to five years after first dose.

This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, inpatient study in participants with bipolar disorder experiencing an acute episode of mania or mania with mixed features.
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of KarXT compared to placebo in treating symptoms of mania during a 3-week inpatient period. The duration of the study including screening, the double-blind inpatient treatment period and safety-follow-up is no more than seven weeks.
