A Study of SGT-003 Gene Therapy in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (INSPIRE DUCHENNE)

This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized study to investigate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of a single intravenous (IV) infusion of SGT-003 in participants with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. There will be 2 cohorts in this study. Cohort 1 will include participants 4 to \<7 years of age. Cohort 2 will include participants 7 to \<12 years of age. All participants will receive SGT-003 and will be enrolled in the study for 5 total years for long-term follow up.

This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. Subjects (randomized or non-randomized) who complete the 38-week CN012-0026 study, 14-week CN012-0027 study or 14-week CN012-0056 study will be eligible to enroll in CN012-0028.
The primary objective of the study is to assess the long-term safety and tolerability of KarXT in subjects with psychosis associated with Alzheimer's Disease.

The study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of delandistrogene moxeparvovec gene transfer therapy in non-ambulatory and ambulatory males with DMD.
