A Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Activity of Fruquintinib in Minority Populations With Advanced, Previously Treated Colorectal Cancer
Recruiting
High blood pressure (hypertension) is a known side effect of the treatment with fruquintinib. Current research does not provide a clear answer whether minority groups such as Black/African American and/or Hispanic/Latino with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) have a bigger risk of higher blood pressure after treatment with fruquintinib. The main aim of this study is to learn how often adults of a minority group experience hypertension after they have been treated with fruquintinib f... Read More

A Study of Subcutaneously Injected Epcoritamab Plus Oral Lenalidomide Tablets Compared to Intravenously (IV) Infused Rituximab Plus IV Infused Gemcitabine and IV Infused Oxaliplatin in Adult Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being... Read More

The CDK4/6 Inhibitor Dosing Knowledge (CDK) Study
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to generate evidence on an alternative dosing strategy for CDK4/6 inhibitors to help more patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) (age ≥ 65 years) tolerate side effects and stay on treatment longer, to derive the most clinical benefit from these drugs. The primary objective of the CDK Study is to compare time to treatment discontinuation (TTD) on the approved dosing for palbociclib (125 mg orally daily on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle) or ribociclib (600 mg orally... Recruiting
Study CL3-95031-007 (CHONQUER) is a Phase 3, international, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of orally administered ivosidenib. Participants are required to have a histopathological diagnosis consistent with isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) gene-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma Grades 1, 2, or 3 and not eligible for curative resection. IDH1 mutant status will be determined during pre-screening/screening phase. Participant must ha... Read More

No Opioids vs. Minimal Opioids Following Inguinal Hernia Repair
Recruiting
The investigators hypothesize that not prescribing opioids after uncomplicated, outpatient IHR will be non-inferior to prescribing opioids (5 tablets of Oxycodone, 5mg; or surgeon preference for intolerance) with respect to requests for opioid refills. Additionally, the investigators believe there will be no significant difference in postoperative readmission for pain quality of life at 30 days in either group.
