A Study of Zasocitinib in Adults With Psoriatic Arthritis Who Have Not Taken Biologic Medicines
Recruiting
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO). The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA who have not previously been treated with biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs. The participants will be treated with either zasocitinib, active comparator, or placebo. Participants will be in the study for up to 60 weeks.

Recruiting
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO). The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA based on their previous experience with specific treatments. The participants will be treated with either zasocitinib, or placebo. Participants will be in the study for up to 60 weeks.

Comparing Cytarabine + Daunorubicin Therapy Versus Cytarabine + Daunorubicin + Venetoclax Versus Venetoclax + Azacitidine in Younger Patients With Intermediate Risk AML (A MyeloMATCH Treatment Trial)
Recruiting
This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares cytarabine with daunorubicin versus cytarabine with daunorubicin and venetoclax versus venetoclax with azacitidine for the treatment of younger patients with intermediate risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Cytarabine is a drug that inhibits some of the enzymes needed for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) replication and repair and can slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Daunorubicin is a drug that blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division a... Read More

Testing Docetaxel-Cetuximab or the Addition of an Immunotherapy Drug, Atezolizumab, to the Usual Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy in High-Risk Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial studies how well radiation therapy works when given together with cisplatin, docetaxel, cetuximab, and/or atezolizumab after surgery in treating patients with high-risk stage III-IV head and neck cancer the begins in the thin, flat cells (squamous cell). Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and docetaxel, wor... Read More

Testing the Use of Steroids and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors With Blinatumomab or Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed BCR-ABL-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Adults
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of usual treatment of chemotherapy and steroids and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) to the same treatment plus blinatumomab. Blinatumomab is a Bi-specific T-Cell Engager ('BiTE') that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The information gained from this study may help researchers determine if combination therapy with steroids, TKIs, and blinatumomab work better than the standard of care.

Testing Atezolizumab With Selinexor in People ≥ 12 Years Old With Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma, The AXIOM Trial
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests whether atezolizumab in combination with selinexor works to shrink tumors in patients with alveolar soft part sarcoma and whether the study drugs are better than the usual approach in treating this type of cancer. The usual approach is defined as care most people get for alveolar soft part sarcoma if they are not part of a clinical study, which includes treatment with radiation, kinase inhibitor drugs, immunotherapy drugs, or chemotherapy drugs. Immunotherapy with monoc... Read More
