This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of imetelstat in combination with fludarabine and cytarabine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Imetelstat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving imetelstat in combination with fludarabine and cytarabine may work better in treating patients with refractory or recurrent AML, MDS, and JMML. Read Less

This phase II trial tests whether nivolumab in combination with cabozantinib works in patients with mucosal melanoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving nivolumab in combination with cabozantinib could prevent cancer from returning. Read Less

This phase II trial compares mosunetuzumab to the usual treatment (rituximab) for improving survival in patients with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). Rituximab and mosunetuzumab are monoclonal antibodies. They bind to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab may be more effective at extending survival in patients with NLPHL than the usual approach with rituximab. Read Less

The purpose To determine the diagnostic potential of various biological markers in blood and cyst fluid aspirates from patients with Pancreatic Cystic Lesions (PCLs). Research design This is a 10-year prospective cohort and pancreatic cyst fluid repository study enrolling all patients diagnosed with pancreatic cyst and undergoing the cyst aspiration. Procedures to be used Blood Sample Cyst Fluid Sample Data Collection: Medical Record Number Demographics (age, sex, gender, race) Contact information History of alcohol use and IV and other recreational drugs and narcotics use/abuse Medication history Past hospitalizations, diagnoses, and treatment Physical examination findings Imaging data of abdominal and chest regions, including and not limited to ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT) Future admissions, diagnoses, treatment including histopathological findings of resected specimens and blood reports End of study data: clinical progression of disease, cyst size, wall thickening, calcification, communication with pancreatic duct, string sign, cytology, immunohistochemical findings, assay levels of lipase, amylase CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen), carbohydrate antigen19-9 (CA 19-9), and other biomarkers. Risks and potential benefits The risks associated with this study are slight discomfort or bruising from the blood sampling and the possible loss of confidentiality if the patient data or information is inadvertently disclosed outside of this study. The purpose of this study is to learn about the effect of a study medicine called rimegepant in adolescents who have frequent migraine attacks. Rimegepant is a tablet that dissolves when you put it on or under your tongue. The study will enroll participants who have headache for 15 days (or more) every month, of which 8 days (or more) of migraine every month, and each untreated attack lasts for an average of 4-72 hours In the 1st part of the study approximately half of the participants will receive a rimegepant tablet every other day, and approximately half of the participants will receive an inactive oral tablet (that looks the same as the rimegepant tablet) every other day. Participant experiences when they are taking the study medicine will be compared to when they are taking the inactive tablet. This will help to determine if the study medicine is safe and effective. The 1st phase of the study will last 3 months. In the 2nd part of the study all the participants who stay on study will receive rimegepant tablet every other day. This 2nd phase of the study will last 1 year. This will help determine if the study medicine is safe when taken for a long period. Those who will participate in both phases will have up to 19 visits at the study clinic, about one every 4 weeks (this may vary from 2 to 8 weeks interval during the study). Home health visits may occur as well. A health check and blood sample will be conducted at all visits. Participants will have to complete a daily diary to record the migraine attacks. Read Less

Endometriosis is a condition that causes significant pelvic pain and affects 10-15% of reproductive age women. Treatment options area both medical and surgical for pain relief, however with surgical options, past studies have demonstrated a higher risk of surgical complications as well as higher postoperative pain scores in women with endometriosis. Despite attempts to limit narcotic pain medications with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols, persistent opioid use after surgery is a national crisis, and it is important to explore multimodal options for pain relief. Various studies have shown improvement in pain with use of superior hypogastric nerve blocks in gynecologic surgery, but these effects have not yet been examined in the setting of a minimally invasive endometriosis resection. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if a superior hypogastric nerve plexus block with 0.25% bupivacaine hydrochloride can decrease postoperative pain and opioid requirements in patients undergoing robotic assisted resection of endometriosis for the first week after surgery. Researchers will perform a superior hypogastric nerve plexus block by either injecting 0.25% bupivacaine hydrochloride (investigative treatment) or normal saline (placebo) in subjects who are undergoing a robotic assisted resection of endometriosis. To determine if postoperative pain is reduced, the subject will be asked to rate their pain score on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) at 0 hours, 2 hours and 4 hours postop while in the Post-anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). They will then document their pain score each day on a form provided to them for 7 days after surgery. To determine the effect of this research study on postoperative opioid requirements, the subject will be asked to fill out a form documenting how many tablets of an opioid medication they took each day for a total of 7 days after surgery. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine when given alone or together with other anti-cancer therapies. Anti-cancer therapy is a type of treatment to stop the growth of cancer. This study also aims to find the best amount of study medication. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: * Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. * Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. * Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07985045) as pill by mouth once a day. This will be repeated for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07985045 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at different times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07985045) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, the participants will come into the clinic for 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle.
