Study B7841007 is an open-label extension study to assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of prophylaxis treatment with marstacimab in participants who did not require "Early Termination" from the Phase 3 Study B7841005 and from the Phase 3 Study B7841008. Study B7841005: approximately 145 adolescent and adult participants 12 to \<75 years of age with severe hemophilia A or moderately severe to severe hemophilia B (defined as FVIII activity \<1% or FIX activity ≤2%, respectively) with or without inhibitors are expected to be enrolled in Study B7841005 during which they will receive prophylaxis (defined as treatment by SC injection of marstacimab). Study B7841008: this is an ongoing Phase 3, open-label study in pediatric participants \<18 years of age with severe hemophilia A (FVIII Coagulation Factor Activity \<1%) or moderately severe to severe hemophilia B (FIX Coagulation Factor Activity ≤2%). A sequential approach will be used in enrolling at least 100 pediatric participants, at least 20 of which will be aged ≥12 to \<18 years and at least 80 participants will be aged ≥1 to \<12 years. At the start of study B7841008, the dosing and data available in adolescent and adult participants in Study B7841005 supported the initiation of B7841008 study in participants aged ≥12 to \<18 years. Subsequently, additional safety and efficacy data from adolescent participants in Study B7841005 became available for benefit/risk assessment in support of dosing participants aged ≥6 to \<12 years. Based on the positive benefit/risk assessment conducted by both internal Pfizer review and eDMC review, dosing of the ≥6 to \<12 years age group was initiated in June 2023 in B7841008 Study. Data from participants ≥6 years from B7841008 Study and Study B7841005 will support the dosing of participants aged ≥1 to \<6 years. All participants will be provided the prefilled pen (PFP) for administration of marstacimab in the study. Use of the prefilled syringe (PFS) will be permitted at the investigator's discretion for those participants who have difficulty with administration of the PFP. Additionally, participants will be provided the PFS for use in this study in countries where the PFS is anticipated to be the only presentation available commercially. This randomized phase II trial studies how well chemotherapy before surgery and radiation therapy works compared to surgery and radiation therapy alone in treating patients with nasal and paranasal sinus cancer that can be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel, cisplatin, and carboplatin work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving chemotherapy before surgery and radiation therapy may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed and treated with radiation. Read Less

This phase II trial tests whether mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin helps benefit patients who have received chemotherapy (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) followed by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy (tisagenlecleucel, axicabtagene ciloleucel, or lisocabtagene maraleucel) for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or grade IIIb follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, called polatuzumab, linked to a drug called vedotin. Polatuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, and delivers vedotin to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor. Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. Giving mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin after chemotherapy and CAR T-cell therapy may be more effective at controlling or shrinking the cancer than not giving them. Read Less

Over half of women in the US who are breastfeeding their infants take prescription drugs. You are being asked to participate in this study because you are breastfeeding your infant and are currently taking, as part of your medical care, at least one of the drugs we are studying. We are interested in studying drugs commonly prescribed to women who are breastfeeding so we can learn more about the amount of drug that is transferred to breastmilk and estimate how much of drug that is consumed by breastfed infants. ASCEND researchers are partnering with families of children who receive extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) after a sudden failure of breathing named pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome (PARDS). ECMO is a life support technology that uses an artificial lung outside of the body to do the lung's work. ASCEND has two objectives. The first objective is to learn more about children's abilities and quality of life among ECMO-supported children in the year after they leave the pediatric intensive care unit. The second objective is to compare short and long-term patient outcomes in two groups of children: one group managed with a mechanical ventilation protocol that reserves the use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) until protocol failure to another group supported on ECMO per usual care. The Spastic Paraplegia - Centers of Excellence Research Network (SP-CERN) is a collaborative research consortium dedicated to advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) and primary lateral sclerosis (PLS). Aims of the consortium are to a) perform natural history studies of HSP subtypes, b) discover and validate biomarkers and clinician- and patient-reported outcome measures, c) uncover HSP's molecular pathophysiology and develop rational therapeutic targets, and d) perform sufficiently powered clinical trials. A research team member will brush the inferior surface of the subjects' middle turbinate (nasal cavity) using a cytology brush to obtain the cells needed to perform our functional respiratory assays. An individual trained in phlebotomy will draw one 3 ml lavender top tube of blood to test c-reactive protein, calprotectin, and lactoferrin. They will also draw a 5 ml gold top serum separator tube of blood to test fibroblast growth factor-19. This international multi-center registry is used to collect existing information and outcomes for patients undergoing an operation for treatment of injuries to the brain including the blockage of blood flow to an area of the brain, an abnormal ballooning of an artery, abnormal tangling of blood vessels, abnormal formation of blood vessels, tearing of vein, and bleeding in the brain. This information is used to help predict outcomes that undergo an operation for treatment of the above-listed brain injuries. The goal of this observational study is to learn about brain development in Juvenile-onset Huntington's Disease (JoHD). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is brain development different in JoHD than Adult-onset Huntington's Disease (AoHD)? * Can reliable biomarkers for JoHD be found in brain structure and function? Participants will be asked to complete cognitive tests, behavioral assessments, physical and neurologic evaluation, and MRI. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare different peri-incisional local infiltrative anesthesia (PLIA) methods in patients ages 13 to 50 undergoing a periacetabular osteotomy (PAO). The main questions to answer here are: 1. Does PLIA impact post-operative pain after PAO? 2. Does PLIA impact pain medication usage as measured by morphine equivalent dosing (MED) after PAO? 3. Does the timing of PLIA administration impact post-operative pain and MED after PAO? Participants will be asked to complete some surveys; demographics survey, General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) and the Pain Resilience Scale. All other information will be gathered from the patients medical chart. Researchers will compare three groups. 1.) Patients who do not receive PLIA. 2.) Patients who receive PLIA after their incision is closed. 3.) Patients who receive PLIA throughout PAO. Read Less
