This study is focused on males who have Hemophilia B and who need regular preventive treatment with factor IX protein (FIX) replacement therapy to prevent and also to control their bleeding events. The aim of the study is to gather at least 6 months of information on bleeding events for each individual participant while they continue to use their usual FIX replacement therapy. There is no experimental treatment being tested in this study. The study is informational, and part of a larger program to understand and treat Hemophilia B with a potential experimental new therapy in the future. There is no obligation to agree to taking part in this future study. The study is looking to answer several other research questions to help understand each participant's individual disease characteristics, including: * How often to use FIX replacement therapy, both on a regular basis (prophylaxis) and as needed to treat bleeding events * Measurement of FIX activity (factor IX is a clotting factor) by different laboratories using different types of tests in Hemophilia B participants * Possible complications from the FIX replacement therapy the patient receives (usual standard of care will continue to be used) * How quality of life is affected by Hemophilia B * How joint health is affected by Hemophilia B * How often the participant visits the emergency room, urgent care center, physician's office, hospital, or has a telemedicine visit as a result of bleeding events * Whether the body makes antibodies (a protein produced by the body's immune system) against the FIX replacement therapy you receive, which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects Read Less

A prospective, multicenter, observational, single-arm trial to validate CardioFlux MCG's ability to diagnose myocardial ischemia caused by coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with suspected ischemia and confirmed no obstructive coronary artery disease (suspected INOCA) by using diagnostic measures of coronary flow reserve (CFR) via invasive angiography as a reference standard for diagnosis. The purpose of this research study is to determine the safety, tolerability and dose of Ribociclib when combined with adjuvant radiation in women with high-risk ER+ breast cancer. Once enrolled on study, patients will begin treatment with Ribociclib 400 mg daily at the same time as they initiate standard of care adjuvant radiation therapy- 50 Gy in 25 fractions or 42.56 Gy in 16 fractions +/- 10 Gy boost including comprehensive nodal. Patients will be registered prior to, during or at the completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 3-4 cycles). Registered patients who progress during neoadjuvant chemotherapy will not be eligible for iCRS and will be removed from the study. Following completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, interval cytoreductive surgery (iCRS) will be performed in the usual fashion in both arms. Patients will be randomized at the time of iCRS (iCRS must achieve no gross residual disease or no disease \>1.0 cm in largest diameter) to receive HIPEC or no HIPEC. Patients randomized to HIPEC (Arm A) will receive a single dose of cisplatin (100mg/m2 IP over 90 minutes at 42 C) as HIPEC. After postoperative recovery patients will receive standard post-operative platinum-based combination chemotherapy. Patients randomized to surgery only (Arm B) will receive postoperative standard chemotherapy after recovery from surgery. Both groups will receive an additional 2-3 cycles of platinum-based combination chemotherapy per institutional standard (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 2-3 cycles) for a maximum total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy (neoadjuvant plus post-operative cycles) followed by niraparib individualized dosing until progression or 36 months (if no evidence of disease). To assess whether holding incretin-based therapy before endoscopy reduces the likelihood of clinically relevant Residual Gastric Volume (RGV). Primary Outcomes: * Residual gastric volume that precludes adequate endoscopic examination * Residual gastric volume that necessitates premature termination of the endoscopy procedure * Need for endotracheal intubation due to stomach contents. * Occurrence of aspiration events requiring extended observation/monitoring, unplanned therapeutics, and/or hospital admission Secondary Outcomes: * Presence of any solid food * Presence of moderate liquid content * Increased RGV(Residual Gastric Volume) defined as any amount of solid content or \> 0.8 mL/Kg of fluid content (measured from the aspiration/suction canister). * Differences in primary and secondary outcomes between different medications Read Less

This is an open-label, multicenter study exploring the efficacy of ivosidenib in patients with clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS) with mutations in IDH1. The purpose is to establish proof of principle that ivosidenib is well-tolerated and potentially efficacious in improving blood count abnormalities in these patients. This registry will study the use of the Aurora® Surgiscope to provide surgical access and visualization in minimally invasive removal of hematoma in the brain. Many methods of hematoma removal are available and will be based on surgeon preference. The impact of patient selection and time to surgery from last known well time will be explored. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of a drug called Methimazole. The investigational drug, Methimazole is not FDA approved for brain tumors, but it is used to treat thyroid illnesses. Different doses of Methimazole will be given to several study participants with glioblastoma. The first several study participants will receive the lowest dose. If the drug does not cause serious side effects, it will be given to other study participants at a higher dose. The doses will continue to increase for every group of study participants until the side effects occur that require the dose to be lowered. Approximately one in two individuals with bipolar disorder (BD) are non-adherent with medication, often leading to severe and negative consequences. Unfortunately, there is no widely used evidence-based approach to target poor adherence among individuals with BD. Building upon positive efficacy trial results, the proposed project will test the effectiveness of technology-facilitated Customized Adherence Enhancement (CAE) vs. enhanced treatment as usual (eTAU) using a prospective randomized controlled design in public mental health care settings and preferentially enrolling poorly adherent/high-risk individuals with BD. Deliverables include a curriculum-driven adherence enhancement approach that can be implemented in public healthcare settings and which can improve outcomes for the most vulnerable groups of people with BD.
