The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the experimental antibody COM701 delays the progression of ovarian cancer in participants with Relapsed Platinum Sensitive Ovarian Cancer. It will also learn about the safety of COM701. The main questions the trial aims to answer are: * Does COM701, when used as a maintenance treatment, stop or slow the progression of ovarian cancer? * Does COM701 delay the time to needing a new anti-cancer treatment? * What side effects do participants have when taking COM701? Participants will: * Visit the clinic once every 3 weeks during which the study treatment will be administered intravenously * Undergo various tests and procedures to monitor general health throughout the trial including physical examinations, vital sign measurements (heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and body temperature), weight measurements, electrocardiography (ECG), blood and urine tests and pregnancy tests if relevant. * Undergo various tests and procedures to assess disease response throughout the trial including tumor imaging by CT scans or MRI to assess the tumor, its location, and size, and the testing of a sample of tumor tissue (from a prior biopsy or a fresh biopsy if feasible, to evaluate tumor response to treatment and to measure levels of tumor markers, Read Less

This study aims to evaluate the ocular and systemic safety, tolerability and efficacy of RO7446603 in participants with diabetic macular edema (DME). The study consists of 2 segments: Phase I (Parts 1-4) and Phase II (Part 5). Phase I investigated the safety of RO7446603 following a single and multiple intravitreal (IVT) doses as monotherapy or co-administered with IVT aflibercept or IVT faricimab (in separate injections). Phase II will investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and efficacy of two dose levels of RO7446603 in combination with faricimab, with the two drugs co-mixed and administered as a single IVT injection, compared to faricimab alone. The goal of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the FloStent, a medical device used to treat men with symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, compared to sham (procedure without deployment of the FloStent). All participants will undergo a flexible cystoscopy and those randomized to the treatment arm will receive the FloStent, while those randomized to the sham arm will not receive the FloStent. This phase III trial tests how well surgery plus chemotherapy compared to surgery alone works in treating patients with type I pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB), and tests how well surgery plus standard chemotherapy with the addition of topotecan works compared to surgery plus standard chemotherapy alone in treating patients with type II and III PPB. Historically, most children with type I PPB had surgery and approximately 40% of children with type I PPB received chemotherapy following their surgery, usually for 22-42 weeks. There has not been a consistent standard for which children with type I PPB receive chemotherapy after surgery. For patients whose tumor has been removed completely with surgery, observation without chemotherapy may work as well as giving chemotherapy after surgery in preventing a return of the PPB tumor. The standard chemotherapy for patients with types II or III PPB in the United States is four cycles of IVADo (ifosfamide, vincristine, dactinomycin, and doxorubicin) followed by 8 cycles of IVA (ifosfamide, vincristine and dactinomycin). Ifosfamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of tumor cells in the body. Vincristine is in a class of medications called vinca alkaloids. It works by stopping tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Dactinomycin is a type of antibiotic that is only used in cancer chemotherapy (antineoplastic antibiotic). It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Doxorubicin is in a class of medications called anthracyclines. Doxorubicin damages the cell's DNA and may kill tumor cells. It also blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair. Topotecan is in a class of medications called topoisomerase I inhibitors. It works by interfering with tumor cell DNA which kills them. Giving topotecan in addition to standard IVADo and IVA chemotherapy regimens may shrink the cancer as well as or better than the standard therapy or could decrease the chance the tumor spreads while causing fewer side effects. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). The participants also fill in questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The results are compared between the groups to see whether the treatment works. Read Less

The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans.
