A Study of Vedolizumab With Tofacitinib in Adults With Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
Recruiting
The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with tofacitinib in adults with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Another aim is to learn about treatment with Vedolizumab alone after the double treatment. All participants will receive vedolizumab together with tofacitinib for 8 weeks and will be checked for response. Participants who show a response to the treatment after 8 weeks will be treated with vedolizumab alone fo... Read More

Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity When Oral ABBV-932 is Added to Antidepressant Therapies in Adult Participants With Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Recruiting
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is usually treated with antidepressant therapy (ADT); however, sometimes ADTs alone are not enough to adequately treat GAD. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is when added to the antidepressant therapies in adult participants with GAD who have had an inadequate response ADTs. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the adjunctive treatment of GAD. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive ABBV-932 or... Read More

A Long-Term Study of Elafibranor in Adult Participants With Primary Biliary Cholangitis
Recruiting
The participants of this study will have confirmed Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and cirrhosis (scarring of the liver). PBC is a slowly progressive disease, characterised by damage to the bile ducts in the liver, leading to a build-up of bile acids which causes further damage. The liver damage in PBC may lead to cirrhosis. PBC may also be associated with multiple symptoms. Many patients with PBC may require liver transplant or may die if the disease progresses and a liver transplant is not... Read More
