Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related death. The majority of participants first presenting with HCC have advanced unresectable or metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HCC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 3 treatment arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab, or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. Approximately 660 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 185 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In arm 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (Dose 1) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In arm 2, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (Dose 2) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 3 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: IV atezolizumab in combination with IV bevacizumab every 3 weeks or single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 2 (control), participants will receive single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. All participants will continue treatment until disease progression or discontinuation criteria are met, whichever occurs first. The estimated duration of this study is about 56 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The goal of this trial is to see if active surveillance monitoring and hormonal therapy in patients diagnosed with ductal cell carcinoma in situ (DCIS), an early stage of breast cancer, can be an effective management of the disease. Participants will be asked to receive control hormonal therapy or an investigational hormonal therapy treatment. Participants will be asked to return for evaluation with MRI at three months and six months. Depending on the evaluation participants will have the option to continue on the treatment. If the evaluation suggests surgery is recommended, the participant will discontinue the study treatment and will undergo surgery. In addition to the treatment and MRI evaluation, participants will be asked to provide blood sample to understand their immune status, provide saliva sample for genetic testing, provide the study with a portion of the tissue or slides generated from tissue removed during surgery performed as part of their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) for the treatment of previously-treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with exon 19del or exon 21 L858R EGFR mutations (hereafter referred to as EGFR mutations or EGFR-mutated) or any of the follow genomic alterations: ALK gene rearrangements, ROS1 rearrangements, BRAF V600E mutations, NTRK gene fusions, MET exon 14 skipping mutations, RET rearrangements, or less common EGFR point mutations of exon 20 S768I, exon 21 L861Q, or exon 18 G719X mutations. The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan is: (1) superior to chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR in NSCLC with EGFR mutations; and (2) superior to chemotherapy with respect to overall survival (OS) in NSCLC with EGFR mutations. This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. This phase II trial tests how well nivolumab and ipilimumab immunotherapy with or without cabozantinib works in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back (after a period of improvement) (recurrent), has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), or for which no treatment is currently available (incurable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving immunotherapy with nivolumab and ipilimumab and targeted therapy with cabozantinib may help shrink and stabilize nasopharyngeal cancer. The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematous in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this clinical trial (called the FLOTILLA study) is to give continued access to the study medicines, as well as safety follow-up, for participants in prior clinical trials of encorafenib and/or binimetinib. All participants who took part in earlier encorafenib and/or binimetinib studies may participate the FLOTILLA study if they are still benefiting from the use of the study medicines. This will be determined by the study doctor. People may not participate in the FLOTILLA study if they have not enrolled in a prior study of encorafenib or binimetinib. Participants that had enrolled but had stopped receiving the study treatment in a prior study cannot enrolled in this study. Participants in the FLOTILLA study will receive encorafenib and/or binimetinib at the same dose and frequency as in their prior study, for up to about 5 years. Read Less

The purpose of this single-arm interventional study is to evaluate the long-term safety, efficacy, and durability of the Symplicity Spyral system in subjects treated with renal denervation. This phase II trial studies the good and bad effects of the combination of drugs called cabozantinib and nivolumab in treating patients with melanoma or squamous cell head and neck cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help doctors determine how quickly patients can be divided into groups based on biomarkers in their tumors. A biomarker is a biological molecule found in the blood, other body fluids, or in tissues that is a sign of a normal or abnormal process or a sign of a condition or disease. A biomarker may be used to see how well the body responds to a treatment for a disease or condition. The two biomarkers that this trial is studying are "tumor mutational burden" and "tumor inflammation signature." Another purpose of this trial is to help doctors learn if cabozantinib and nivolumab shrink or stabilize the cancer, and whether patients respond differently to the combination depending on the status of the biomarkers.
