Neoadjuvant Multi-epitope HER2 Peptide Vaccine in Patients With HER2-expressing DCIS

This interventional clinical study will examine the safety and efficacy of a degenerate subdominant HER2 specific helper T cell epitope vaccine (H2NVAC) in patients with HER2-expressing ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). The ultimate goal of this vaccine is to prevent future invasive breast cancer among patients who are diagnosed with DCIS. However, the focus of this study is safety and efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate if theta burst stimulation (TBS) can reduce chronic headaches caused by a traumatic brain injury (TBI). TBS is a safe, drug-free brain stimulation technique that uses magnets to create electricity and stimulate nerve cells in the brain. Testing an Active Form of Tamoxifen (4-hydroxytamoxifen) Delivered Through the Breast Skin to Control Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) of the Breast

This randomized phase IIB trial studies how well tamoxifen or afimoxifene works in treating patients with estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Hormone therapy using tamoxifen citrate or afimoxifene may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells.
