This is a global, multicenter, open-label study that aims to assess the efficacy and safety of zelenectide pevedotin in participants with NECTIN4-amplified recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic breast cancer who have received prior therapy (see inclusion criteria below). This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old living with obesity and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). The participants also fill in questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The results are compared between the groups to see whether the treatment works. Read Less

Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and Crohn's Disease (CD) are long-term conditions in the gut that can cause diarrhea, swelling (inflammation), bleeding from the anus, and belly pain. The main aim of this study is to check for how many participants with UC and CD signs and symptoms disappear after 3.5 months (14 weeks) of treatment with Vedolizumab (this is called remission). Participants will be treated with Vedolizumab for approximately 1 year (50 weeks). During the first 1.5 months (6 weeks), participants will receive Vedolizumab as an infusion in the vein (called intravenously). After this, participants will receive Vedolizumab as an injection under the skin (called subcutaneously) for the rest of the treatment. Participants for whom the treatment does not seem to work well after 3.5 months (14 weeks) will stop treatment with Vedolizumab and can change to another treatment and also there will be additional required visits at 6 months (26 weeks) and at 1 year (52 weeks). All participants will be checked again 4.5 months (18 weeks) after their last treatment with Vedolizumab. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding cemiplimab to standard therapy (surgery with or without radiation) versus standard therapy alone in treating patients with stage III/IV squamous cell skin cancer that is able to be removed by surgery (resectable) and that may have come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). The usual treatment for patients with resectable squamous cell skin cancer is the removal of the cancerous tissue (surgery) with or without radiation, which uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as cemiplimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cemiplimab has been approved for the treatment of skin cancer that has spread or that cannot be removed by surgery, but it has not been approved for the treatment of skin cancer than can be removed by surgery. Adding cemiplimab to the usual treatment of surgery with or without radiation may be more effective in treating patients with stage III/IV resectable squamous cell skin cancer than the usual treatment alone. The objective of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of vorasidenib in combination with temozolomide (TMZ) and to establish the recommended combination dose (RCD) of vorasidenib. The study will begin as a Phase Ib study to determine the RCD and then will transition to a Phase II study to assess the clinical efficacy of vorasidenib at the RCD in combination with TMZ. During the treatment period participants will have study visits on day 1 and 22 of each cycle, with additional visits occurring during the first cycle of the Phase 1b study. Approximately 30 days after treatment has ended, a safety follow-up visit will occur and then participants will be followed for survival every 3 months.
