HEAL-IST IDE Trial
Recruiting
Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) is a prevalent and debilitating condition in otherwise healthy younger patients, resulting in significant loss of quality of life, lacking effective treatment options or systematic clinical evidence to support a therapy. The primary objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a hybrid sinus node sparing ablation procedure for the treatment of symptomatic drug refractory or drug intolerant IST.

MRI in High-Grade Glioma Patients Undergoing Chemoradiation
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to see if investigators can predict how brain functioning changes after radiation treatment based on PET scans and blood tests. Most participants experience at least mild decreases in their memory or attention after radiation therapy. Investigators hope that PET scans, lumbar puncture, and blood tests might help investigators predict who might have larger changes in their brain function after radiation.

An Evaluation of Insomnia Treatment to Reduce Cardiovascular Risk in Patients With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Recruiting
Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a chronic, debilitating psychiatric disorder that is associated with an increased risk of death due to cardiovascular disease (CVD). Most individuals with PTSD also have Insomnia Disorder. Sleep quality is also associated with risk factors for CVD. The objective of this study is to examine how insomnia contributes to CVD risk among people with PTSD. The investigators will also examine whether this risk can be decreased with treatment for Insomnia Disorder.
