Prostate cancer has the second highest incidence rate and is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among men worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ABBV-969 as a monotherapy. ABBV-969 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). There are parts to this study. Participants will receive ABBV-969 as a single agent at different doses. Approximately 140 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), ABBV-969 will be intravenously infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy. In part 2, multiple doses will be selected from Part 1 and mCRPC participants will be assigned to one of these doses in a randomized fashion to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation and bleeding from the lining of the rectum and colon (large intestine). The purpose of this study is to assess how safe and effective lutikizumab is in adult participants with moderate to severe UC and how lutikizumab compares to adalimumab in the treatment of UC. Adverse events and changes in disease activity will be assessed. Lutikizumab is an investigational product being developed for the treatment of moderate to severe UC. Participants are placed in groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. In the Induction Period, participants will be randomized into 1 of 3 arms receiving lutikizumab Dose 1, lutikizumab Dose 2, or adalimumab. In the Maintenance Period, participants who responded to lutikizumab will be randomized into 1 of 2 arms of lutikizumab maintenance and participants who responded to adalimumab will continue to receive adalimumab. All participants who did not achieve clinical response per modified Mayo Score at the end of the Induction period will receive open label lutikizumab. Around 200 adult participants with UC will be enrolled at approximately 280 sites worldwide. During the 12 week Induction Period, participants will be randomized to receive intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SC) lutikizumab or SC adalimumab. At the 12 week mark, participants who are on lutikizumab who have responded to treatment will be re-randomized to receive SC lutikizumab at different intervals until Week 52. Participants who are on adalimumab who are responding to treatment will continue to receive adalimumab. Participants who do not respond to treatment will receive open-label SC lutikizumab. Participants who complete the Week 52 visit and in whom therapeutic benefit to study drug is confirmed by the investigator may roll over into an optional, blinded 52-week long-term extension (LTE). Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine the safety and pharmacokinetics of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 3 Arms: Arm A with 2 parts and Arm B as an expansion. Participants will receive ABBV-383 as a subcutaneous (SC) injection and intravenous (IV) infusion in Arm A and SC injections of ABBV-383 in Arm B. Around 55 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 25 sites across the world In Arm A participants will receive one of two doses of ABBV-383 as an SC injection and (IV) infusions, during the 151 week study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the selected dose from Arm A as SC injections, during the 151 week study duration. ASP1012 is a type of virus called an oncolytic virus which is used to treat some cancers. ASP1012 was changed in a laboratory to infect and kill cancer cells, leaving healthy cells alone. It also makes the cancer cells visible to the immune system which will fight the cancer cells. Before ASP1012 is available as a treatment, the researchers need to understand how it is processed by and acts upon the body. This will help find a suitable dose for future studies and check for potential medical problems from the treatment. In this study, ASP1012 is being tested in humans for the first time. ASP1012 has already been tested in the laboratory and in animals. This is the standard way new potential treatments are developed. People in this study will be adults whose tumor has either grown outside of the area where it started (locally advanced) or it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). They will receive ASP1012. Also, some people will receive ASP1012 with pembrolizumab, an approved medicine. There are 2 main aims of this study. The first is to learn if people with certain solid tumors can tolerate different doses of ASP1012. The second is to find a suitable dose of ASP1012. This study will be in 3 parts. Part 1 is called Dose Escalation. People with locally advanced or metastatic tumors can take part. They will have been previously treated with all available standard cancer therapies. Different small groups of people will receive lower to higher doses of ASP1012. For each dose, any medical problems will be recorded. This will help to find suitable doses of ASP1012 to use in Parts 2 and 3 of the study. The first group will receive the lowest dose of ASP1012. A medical expert panel will check the results from this group and decide if the next group can receive a higher dose of ASP1012. The panel will do this for each group until all groups have taken ASP1012 or until suitable doses have been selected for Parts 2 and 3. Part 2 is called Dose Expansion. 3 groups will take part: people with previously-treated melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that have not responded to their treatment (refractory) or their cancer has come back (relapsed), people with newly-diagnosed or untreated melanoma, and people with previously-treated solid tumors. People with previously-treated melanoma will receive ASP1012 at the dose worked out from Part 1. People with previously-treated solid tumors will receive ASP1012 with pembrolizumab. The first few people will receive ASP1012 at a lower dose than the dose worked out from Part 1, to check the safety of the treatments being given together. If there are no safety issues: the next people in the solid tumor group will receive ASP1012 at the dose worked out from Part 1, with pembrolizumab; also people with untreated melanoma will receive ASP1012 at the dose worked out from Part 1, with pembrolizumab. Part 3 is also a Dose Expansion for people with other specific cancers. These are stomach cancer, ovarian cancer, or colorectal cancer. If people with certain tumors respond well in Parts 1 and 2 of the study, other people with this same type of tumor can also take part in Part 3. For all parts of the study, ASP1012 will be given through a vein. This is called an infusion. Each treatment cycle is 21 days long. People will start with 3 treatment cycles. People in the study may receive extra treatment cycles, if they respond well to treatment. People with melanoma who are receiving ASP1012 with pembrolizumab will not be offered the extra treatment cycles. People can stop leave the study early if: they have medical problems from the treatment; their cancer gets worse; they start other cancer treatment; they ask to stop treatment; or they do not come back for treatment. People will visit the clinic on certain days during their treatment. Some visits will be virtual or by phone. During all clinic visits, the study doctors will check for any medical problems from ASP1012. They will also check vital signs. Vital signs include temperature, pulse, breathing rate, the amount of oxygen in the blood, and blood pressure. At some visits, other checks will also include a medical examination, and an electrocardiogram (ECG) to check the heart rhythm, blood draws and urine samples for testing. A tumor sample, if available, will be taken during the first treatment cycle. People will have imaging scans and have blood draws for testing every 6 weeks during and after treatment. This will stop if they leave the study early. People will visit the clinic within 7 days and 30 days after stopping treatment. At both visits, the study doctors will check for any medical problems from ASP1012. Other checks will include a medical examination, blood draws and urine samples for testing and checking vital signs. An ECG will also be done at the 7-day visit. After the 30-day visit, clinic staff will phone people in the study every 12 weeks to check the condition of their cancer for up to 1 year. Read Less

Immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis is the most common form of systemic amyloidosis. AL amyloidosis has many root causes and is characterized by the overproduction of AL that are secreted by clonal bone marrow plasma cells. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease activity in adult participants with AL amyloidosis treated with ABBV-383. Etentamig (ABBV-383) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of AL amyloidosis. This study in broken into 2 parts (dose escalation and safety expansion) with 5 arms. During dose escalation (arms 1-3) participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of ABBV-383 to determine the part 2 doses. After completion of the dose escalation portion of the study, the safety expansion (part 2) portion of the study will begin. Two arms (arm 4-5) will begin and participants will receive 1 of 2 doses as determined during the dose escalation portion (part 1). Around 76 adult participants with relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis will be enrolled at approximately 20 sites across the world. Participants will receive Etentamig (ABBV-383) as an infusion into the vein for up to approximately 2 year study duration. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 2 Arms; Arm A and Arm B. In Arm A, participants will receive etentamig as a monotherapy. In Arm B, participants will receive the standard available therapy (SAT) identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable. Around 380 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 140 sites across the world. In Arm A participants will receive etentamig as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles, during the 3.5 year study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the SAT identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable, during the 3.5 year study duration. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A, a Period B, and a Period C. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC Dose A or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. In Period C, eligible participants will receive open-label risankizumab SC Dose D. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B followed by an open-label risankizumab extension in Period C for 52 weeks.
