Restoring Spindle and Thalamocortical Efficiency in Early-Course Schizophrenia Patients Using Auditory Stimulation

The purpose of this research is to identify differences in brain activity during sleep between health individuals and individuals with schizophrenia, schizophreniform, or schizoaffective disorder. This study will also investigate whether tones played during deep sleep can enhance specific features of sleep and whether enhancing such features is related to an improvement in cognitive performance.

This is a Phase 2/3, multiregional, two-arm, double-blind, randomized, active (standard-of-care)-controlled study of the efficacy and safety of tividenofusp alfa (DNL310), an investigational central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant enzyme-replacement therapy (ERT) for mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS II).
Participants may also qualify to enter an open-label treatment phase with DNL310 or idursulfase based on pre-specified criteria.

This study uses \[11C\]NPA positron emission tomography (PET) and a d-amphetamine challenge to image amphetamine induced dopamine release in the striatum in subjects with cocaine use disorders (CUD). This study uses \[11C\]NOP-1A positron emission tomography (PET) and a hydrocortisone challenge to image the interaction between nociceptive opioid peptide (NOP) receptors and cortisol/corticotrophin releasing factor (CRF) in subjects with cocaine use disorders (CUD) and matched healthy controls (HC). It will also examine whether alterations in CRF x NOP interactions predict relapse in subjects with CUD.
