Investigators developed a brief, scalable, behavioral Sleep Promotion Program (SPP) for adolescents with short sleep duration and sleep-wake irregularity, which relies on two individual sessions and smart phone technology to deliver evidence-based strategies. This R34 will test the feasibility and initial effectiveness of the SPP program and provider training via pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT, n=50) comparing SPP to Sleep Psychoeducation, a brief session on healthy sleep habits. The purpose of the study is to prospectively assess longitudinal changes in biomarkers (MECP2, potential biomarkers of target engagement and disease activity) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood; characterize longitudinal changes in performance on clinical scales (clinician-reported measures of neurodevelopment and functioning) and caregiver-reported outcome assessments (communication, gastrointestinal, social-emotional-adaptive behavioral measures); evaluate longitudinal changes in caregiver-reported health-related quality-of-life measures; and assess the frequency, type, and severity of seizures over time. Prospective, randomized controlled, single-blind, multicenter, clinical trial to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the SELUTION SLR 014 PTCA DEB for treatment of de novo lesions in small coronary vessels, defined as reference vessel diameter (RVD) of 2.00 mm to 2.75 mm, in support of a pre-market approval (PMA) application to the United States (US) FDA. The Study will enroll up to 910 randomized subjects, up to 30 subjects in a parallel angiographic substudy, and up to 20 subjects in a parallel pharmacokinetic (pK) substudy, at up to 80 sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Japan and Europe. The NSS-2 BRIDGE® device (NSS stands for Neuro-Stimulation System) is a disposable device that stimulates the branches of cranial nerves and of the superficial cervical plexus innervating the ear. Because the stimulation of the nerves of the ear by the NSS-2 BRIDGE® device (NBD®) has been shown to modulate pain pathways in rodents, decrease abdominal pain in adolescents with inflammatory bile syndrome and due to the results of our preliminary pilot study, the investigators hypothesized that this technique may also be effective in reducing the requirement for postoperative opioids and provide a non-pharmacological alternative to perioperative opioid use. To establish the role that the stimulation of the nerves of the ear may have in reducing postoperative opioid requirement, the investigators are proposing to conduct a randomized, placebo controlled study in patients undergoing open abdominal or pelvic surgery requiring at least 5 days of hospitalization. Subjects who have signed an informed consent will be randomized in 2 groups (active NBD® group or inactive NBD® group). Furthermore, since preoperative and postoperative mood disorders have been shown to increase postoperative pain levels and opioid requirement by up to 50%, the investigators further hypothesize that the stimulation of the ear nerves by the NSS-2 BRIDGE® effects may be in part mediated by a reduction of the level of anxiety, depression and catastrophizing as assessed using validated questionnaires. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is mortal disease affecting the blood vessels of the lung. Despite its morbid prognosis, PAH is often misdiagnosed or ignored, with an average time of 44 months between onset of symptoms to diagnosis and substantial progression of disease severity. Therefore, a pressing need exists to develop non-invasive diagnostic imaging tools, particularly that can detect early disease stages. Efforts have been made to develop such imaging capabilities through platform development of echocardiography, cardiac MRI, chest computed tomography (CT), and positron emission tomography (PET), among others. While some have demonstrated promise, few have shown a precise ability to offer disease quantifications of the diseased lung and vasculature itself, to detect early stages of disease, and to reflect alterations of the lung, vasculature, and right ventricle that reflect the molecular origins of this disease. \[F-18\]FGln has been previously utilized in oncology studies as a non-invasive in vivo imaging biomarker of tumor glutamine flux and metabolism. Our preliminary in vivo pre-clinical rodent studies demonstrated that \[F-18\]FGln demonstrated increased uptake in diseased pulmonary vessels and the right ventricle in a rodent model of PAH. The proposed research study will provide preliminary evidence of the potential to utilize \[F-18\]FGln as a non-invasive imaging biomarker of glutamine flux and metabolism across a range of PAH subjects. This study will test how well a new medicine called concizumab works for participants who have haemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. The purpose is to show that concizumab can prevent bleeds and is safe to use. Participants will have to inject the study medicine every day under the skin with a pen-injector. The study will last for at least 2 years and up to about 4 years. In this study, researchers will learn more about the use of a higher dose of nusinersen (BIIB058) in participants with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). This study will focus on teenagers and adults who are unable to walk on their own and who have previously taken another drug for SMA called risdiplam. The main goal of this study is to learn about the effect of high dose (HD) nusinersen on muscle and movement ability (motor function) in SMA. The main question that researchers want to answer is: - How do the scores of a movement test called the Revised Upper Limb Module change from the start of treatment? The Revised Upper Limb Module is a test used to measure a participant's ability to do specific tasks that involve their shoulders, arms, wrist, elbows, and hands. It measures the changes in their abilities over time. Researchers will also learn more about the safety of HD nusinersen. They will check participants for adverse events and changes in vital signs, heart tests, and laboratory tests including blood and urine tests. The study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After screening, participants will enter the Core Treatment period. * At the start of the Core Treatment period, they will receive 2 "loading" doses of nusinersen. These are 50 mg doses of nusinersen given 2 weeks apart. * Afterwards, they will continue to receive "maintenance" doses of nusinersen once every 4 months. These doses will be 28 mg. * The Core Treatment period will last about 2 years, with a follow-up visit 4 months after the last dose. * Participants who complete the Core Treatment period will have the option to continue receiving 28 mg of nusinersen in the Long-Term Extension (LTE) period for about 2 years. There will also be a follow-up visit 4 months after the last dose. * Nusinersen will be given through a lumbar puncture, which involves injecting the drug into the fluid around the spinal cord in the lower back. * In total, participants will have up to 18 study visits. They will also be called by researchers after each dose of nusinersen. * Participants will stay in the study for about 4.5 years if they complete both the Core Treatment and LTE periods. Read Less

The purpose of this prospective study is to compare the clinical and radiographic success of MTA and Biodentine as a medicament in vital pulp therapy in maxillary and mandibular primary molars in a pediatric population. There is limited research currently on Biodentine since it's a novel product. Biodentine is less expensive than MTA and does not cause discoloration like MTA. Biodentine may be an alternative medicament used for vital pulp therapy in primary molars. Read Less
