A Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of CH505M5 N197D mRNA-gp160 Followed by CH505 TF mRNA-gp160 in Adults in Overall Good Health Without HIV
Recruiting
This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, dose escalation, first-in-human (FIH) trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of CH505M5 N197D mRNA-gp160 and CH505 TF mRNA-gp160. Both products are mRNA encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) (subsequently referred to as mRNA-LNPs). The primary hypotheses are:
1. the CH505M5 N197D mRNA-gp160 will expand CH235-like B cell precursors,
2. the CH505 TF mRNA-gp160 will boost CH235-like bnAb B cell precursors to acquire more functional m... Read More

Rapid Outpatient Low-dose Initiation of Buprenorphine for OUD with Fentanyl Use
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if buprenorphine can be started for opioid use disorder with fentanyl use without requiring or precipitating opioid withdrawal. To be eligible, participants must have moderate or severe opioid use disorder and must have fentanyl detected on a urine drug test.
Participants will be admitted to a monitored research unit for the trial. They will be randomized to start buprenorphine with either standard initiation or with a new approach called rapid outpat... Read More

CAR-T Cell Therapy for Desensitization in Kidney Transplantation
Recruiting
This research study is for people who have been waiting for a kidney transplant for at least one year, and who have a cPRA of 99.5% or higher. Having a cPRA of 99.5% or higher means that your immune system would reject 99.5% of kidneys available for transplant. The study will test whether new products called Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells (CAR T Cells), when given with chemotherapy, is safe and will reduce cPRA.
The main study will last up to 2 years: Participants will have up to 30 clinic o... Read More

A Trial to Learn if Dupilumab is Safe for and Helps Adult and Adolescent Participants With Eosinophilic Gastritis With or Without Eosinophilic Duodenitis
Recruiting
The study is researching an experimental drug called dupilumab. The study is focused on participants with active eosinophilic gastritis (EoG) with or without eosinophilic duodenitis (EoD). Participants with EoD only are not eligible for enrollment. EoG and EoD are uncommon, persistent, allergic/immune diseases in which eosinophils (a type of white blood cell) gather in large numbers in the stomach and small intestine and cause inflammation and damage.

Testing the Role of FDG-PET/CT to Predict Response to Therapy Prior to Surgery for HER2-positive Breast Cancer, The DIRECT Trial
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well an imaging procedure called fludeoxyglucose F-18 (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) works in predicting response to standard of care chemotherapy prior to surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage IIa-IIIc breast cancer. FDG is a radioactive tracer that is given in a vein before PET/CT imaging and helps to identify areas of active cancer. PET and CT are imaging techniques that make detailed, computerized pictures of areas inside... Read More
